The boiled seafood is very fresh and juicy.The source is tasty.
Absolutely fabulous! I’m super picky when it comes to everything that I eat, but my meal was delicious. Easy to order online, pick up was a cinch. I honestly wish I had eaten in the building as it was quite pretty inside and the staff was gracious and kind (kudos to the very polite Feng who processed my order). Everything I needed was included in my bag, which was much appreciated as I was in a hotel. For an out of towner, I could not have chosen a better location for my meal
My second time at the Saginaw location. If you like seafood don't miss out on this place! Skip Red Lobster try Tangy Crab ? you can thank me later. Servers are friendly. Food and drinks are outstanding! They even have a well stocked bar ? Don't take my word for it go see for yourself! Oh Google hours are wrong so don't wait till 10pm to go they will be closed!
Eric is the absolute best part about this restaurant and experience. He is knowledgeable about the food served at this location and able to recommend a great meal that fits your situation. He was excited to teach you how to eat the food if you weren't sure where to start or how. Eric was a deciding factor between an excellent experience and a subpar experience. He is the reason the customer service experience is great.
Have sat in Restaurant once and service was horrible and food was tasty. Order take out several times. Went back today for another take out and we are all very disappointed. We did NOT get the spice that we ordered, nor did we received the corn. All in all it was a mediocre meal. Not worth the 80.00 we spent. Where are the boil eggs on the menu, never have received them? Over all very disappointed! Spoke with Manager Paul who offer a 10% discount. What a joke! He would not compensate any further. I will never order from this Restaurant again. When I picked up the order, there were only two tables of customers there, not like they were busy or overwhelmed. I thought we had a great new Restaurant to go to. Obviously not! Bummer!

I had the shrimp basket, my husband had the catfish basket. The fish and shrimp were cooked just right. Amanda was our server and she was excellent.
Overall a good experience! The food was tasty, flavorful, perfect amount of seasoning. Ordered the boil with crab legs, crawfish, and shrimp. The place was clean, not too loud, and not too busy. Our server was attentive with some things but not others. We never got a drink refill and were clearly finished for quite some time before getting a the check. The table was also quite far away for either side of our booth. Will return
Initially was not impressed with the interaction with the hostess. Hostesses have really one job, welcome customers and make them feel like they are about to have a great experience. This wasn’t the vibe we got from her. I would suggest finding a hostess who gives a better first impression. However, our waiter made up for it. Charles was fun, enthusiastic about the food, explained the menu, was attentive without being too much. Food was good and fairly priced. We had the calamari app (loved the dipping sauce), drinks (mixed drinks are a bit highly priced), and shared a boil. Enough food for two without leftovers. Would come back again!
Seafood boils are pricey.I tried The Cajun Classic.The appetizers were just okay. We tried to crab cheese ragoons, onion rings, hush puppies, & coconut shrimp.
