Tried to call a order in 40 minutes before they close and was told they are not taking any more . #MustNotNeedBusiness #BadCustomerService
Ordered a pizza at 6pm May 28 2022. Google said they were open. Their online order took our pizza order. Even sent us a Google acknowledgement for our order. Drove 15 minutes out of our way to pick up our order and they were closed. No notes on the door. Called credit card company. As of now doesn't look like charges went through. Still very inconvenient. Ended up eating much later then we'd planned. Had to settle for Wendy's.
Went in during my lunch hour and waited 50 minutes for a salad. I get times are had and places are short staffed...just let customers know ahead of time. Plus I ordered a Caesar salad and got nothing that resembled that.

We sat there for half an hour waiting for them to make two sandwiches a thing of fries and a thing of onion rings. We were the only customers although they were preparing a pizza for somebody that came in and picked it up and they were preparing a pizza for us to take.The table was dirty, the fries were a little on the greasy side but the onion rings were delicious... The BLT was average. My sandwich which was an Italian was homemade and pretty good. Unfortunately the pizza that we ordered to take with this ( we did not look at it ) was a barbecue Pizza which at $20 would be a very good price for a large except for the fact that the entire outer side of it was burnt black.

Loyal customers for over a year, but the past couple months they haven't answered the phones. They forgot half our order, offering zero compensation and messed up the sauce. Also Stromboli's looked 3/4 size and all the toppings were in the middle leaving both ends empty. I can totally understand being short staffed, but if it's gonna take way more time and effort to even order the food, please make it correctly.
There are ants in the kitchen. There is a upcharge per container of salad dressing. The lack of the answering of the phone is due to limited staff because the owner steels the tips from the employees . This is the most unprofessional establishment they wash their noodles in the dishwater. Totally unhappy and disgusted. Will never eat there again.....
The portions are huge! Several other patrons mentioned the garlic bread sticks with good reason. I have already been back to order then again!! Stromboli Thursday is great.
