We were excited to stop and have a nice family dinner…but this restaurant isn’t what it used to be. If you’re charging nearly $18 for chicken Parm with Alfredo sauce. The sauce should be more than just butter. I was pretty disappointed because beneath my noodles was just covered in butter that wasn’t even melted. Even if it wasn’t meant to be Alfredo, no one wants plain butter that isn’t melted beneath noodles. Our waitress was nice, kind and attentive. It did take nearly an hour to get our food, and it just wasn’t a great experience. We likely wouldn’t eat there again.

I was excited about going somewhere different to eat. I haven't been to TGI Fridays in a long time. While the waitress was very friendly the food was not great at all. Our appetizers were better than the actual meal. There was so much charcoal on our food from being burnt it was inedible. It was just sad that we paid so much money for such horrible food. ?

Greetings, this is coming from what used to be a loving customer. I came here for a good brunch with my girls, it was not very good. I got chicken tenders and they were good. But my coleslaw was warm and all over the cup. Little to no carrots, more so 5 carrots in count. Also my water came late I had my food and they just got my water. How did you expect me to quench my thirst..? Furthermore; service was good, food more so on the down side. Let’s fix this please.

Great food, great service and definitely a wonderful waitress. She was very pleasant to talk with and made our experience there feel right at home when we told her it had been over 20years since they closed Fridays in our surrounding Alabama area. Which was one of our favorite places to eat.Thumbs up to "The Coach".

Great food and atmosphere. Waitress was on her game and very personable. We will be back. Only thing I didn't like was the small portions of french fries and onion rings.

Stopped in after saginnaw spirit game. Service was so slow. Ordered boneless wings . Tasted like day old chicken mcnuggets with very little sauce. Over cooked and dry. 3 other tables arrived after and ordered after we did but all received food before we did. My suggestion lots of other choice other than tgifridays. When manager delivered food to table I mentioned that took to long . Nothing was said or done.

I am blown away at the number of high reviews this place has. The only reason it wasn’t a 1 is because we didn’t wait long to get our food, and our server was nice. However, We should have left from the start. My husband and I ordered beers and they were SOUR! We know how those drinks were supposed to taste and that’s not it! We should have left then, because who screws up beer?! Then came our food… I ordered my burger medium well and I still cannot get the taste of burnt charcoal out of my mouth. Overall our food was dry and just gross. I had to ask for extra sauce to cover the taste because my sour beer was the only thing I had to wash it down with. This will be my first and last time ever stepping foot into a T.G.I. Friday’s. Absolutely awful.

The only good thing about this place was the customer service because the employees had great energy and were super nice. The food was overpriced but can’t say It surprised me because this place is trash and nobody comes here so that’s the only way they can get money. The food was decent and the least you could do is make the food good because of this horrible pricing. Literally who even comes here anymore? So basically fix your prices, make better food, or just go out of business because whatever you guys are doing isn’t working out.

Not impressed with the food at all. I ordered a NY strip. My steak was raw and not seasoned well. The lemon broccoli side was horrible. My friend ordered the flat iron steak. It came out cut up into steak bites and way over done. It had cheddar cheese melted on the sizzle pan, was not a good choice of cheese. The fried shrimp was clearly frozen shrimp and looked very chincy. My sons pasta tasted like cardboard. The mozzarella sticks were dry and tasted like boxed frozen food. The people next to us had to send her burger back twice and both times came out raw (she wanted it well done). Her family all had finished there meals before she finally got her cooked burger. We sent all of our food back because we could not eat it. The waitress was very apologetic and was very nice. The manager came out and apologized and comped our whole meal besides our drinks which I thought was very nice of her. While waiting for the receipt we over heard another table complaining they never got an item they ordered and ended up canceling there food as well. This place used to be one of our favorite places but we unfortunately will not be returning. The food quality has totally went down hill.

Went in yesterday. The boneless wings tasted like they were old and sat out. The bone in wings were dry, overcook, and small. The sizzling chicken and sautéed shrimp were flavorless. It was like the chicken was not season before they put the cheese on it. Though the tomato(?) Sizzling Shrimp was pretty good. The food came fast at least. The waitress was pretty nice and attentive so that was good. Overall, the food was meh but service was pretty good. Maybe it was a off day.
