I mean...it's taco bell lol.Pretty much the same all the time.This location has always been good for me.
I dont understand how it says your open until 2 am I go there with 15 minutes to spare and nobody answers me in the drive thru 5 min later and I pull up to the window on a Sunday night after working all night and was blatantly lied to saying you close at 1 am?! Like why would someone be that cruel and rude to somebody hungry like this and refuse to serve them? I work in the restaurant industry amd I understand it can be frustrating when your closing but there was absolutely no reason for this and you lost very good customers in Shields!!! The signs say everywhere what time you close and I will be coming in and speaking to a manager. I always still serve people up until closing time always!!!
Ordered a Mexican Pizza and they made it just like a taco only on the night shift. Got one yesterday and it was excellent. It didn’t taste like a taco at all. This one was so soggy I had to eat it with a spoon and I actually threw out half of it because it was so disgusting. All the other Taco Bell’s in Saginaw do an excellent job doesn’t matter if you go in the morning or at night. The only one that messes up is in the evening in Shields Michigan.
Horrible customer service, I asked the lady if she could add something to my order and she completely ignored me, closing the window on me.. Twice. Just disrespectful.
Went through the drive thru - employee was super nice, and patient with me ... I had no idea what I wanted.Ended up getting 3 soft taco supreme. They left a lot to be desired. They tasted okay but were barely warm on one end and cold as hell on the other. They had to have been made earlier and just sat until lil ole me came along to rescue them.I've been hungry for those tacos -- sadly, they were not worth the wait!A Big Thanks shout out to the drive thru dude - at least you were cool.
Not the best quality food, but for the taste and the price, I'm not complaining.
The worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to! Couldn’t believe it, heading to work, drive thru opens at 7am we pull in at 7:02am waited for 6 minutes with 3 other cars behind us and no answer at the window, we finally gave up pulled around upfront and saw the worker sitting there on her phone sipping on a drink. Just unbelievable that the Taco Bell company is paying someone to ignore the customers and sit on her phone, I get if maybe not everything is ready but at least go on the mic and let us know that they can’t serve us right now instead of just having us all sit there! I hope this message gets out because what I see on the the reviews is there’s a bunch of unhappy customers. I’m not one the complain I always give everyone a chance but this is just unbelievable.
The food was good in all. It just would have been better if they made the order the way we asked. Willing to try one more time....
Great service just not great tasting food thought I would give ot a try.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Screw your order up every single time. A trained monkey could do better than these idiots
