I've only ate here once but it is my new absolute favorite! Everything was delicious and fresh. The staff was very nice. I can't wait to try the birria tacos sometime! I've never had one but I feel like this would be the perfect place to try it!
We each had the wet burrito dinner. Awesome food for a great price! Well worth the drive from Bay City. We finally have somewhere to go for a good wet burrito! Love it, and would recommend it to anyone!
I was in the mood for a tacos and I mean the good, deep fried, flavorful kind. So I decided to order from Sombrero Mexican Restaurant. I ordered the chicken enchiladas which were good and meaty. I also ordered the tacos and those too were amazing, crispy, puffy, juicy, and packed with flavor. I will for sure be eating here again when I’m in the mood for an affordable Mexican meal!
Good food, friendly staff, good prices. You can dine in or order take out. Taco Tuesday - hard shell tacos only $1!
The waitress could have been better. It's super small so don't plan on dinning in. We had to wait for clean cups. The food was pretty good.
Patito dinner was very good. Cheese enchilada, also very good. Rice and beans were ok (a little salty and could use more flavor) chips and hot sauce were very good. Our waitress was very friendly and polite but like most restaurants now a days, they were understaffed and she was extremely busy with take-out orders.
I agree that the main entree portion is generous for price. However, 99 cents for 1 ounce of frozen sour cream!! Also a bit disappointed there was not hot sauce or other condiments on the table. I can understand no complimentary chips, but no salsa for nachos.
We didn't catch her name, but the girl working the front end tonight was very knowledgeable and friendly! The food is excellent, and you get so much of it for the price! Definitely going to make this a regular spot to visit with friends and family
I had a combination dinner with enchiladas and a hard shell taco. Dinner came with beans and rice. My fiance had a chicken quesadilla which he really enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back.
Tried for the first time last night and was super happy with everything! Food was phenomenal! Highly recommended. Can't wait to order again!
