It was 92 degrees out yesterday n this whole week is like that n these poor employees have NO AIR OR BARLEY AIR!! They r in there looking like their going to pass out. heat stroke can KILL YOU. And this company has people working in this heat over a grill/flattop whatever they use and fryers!! FIX YOUR AIR!!! I'm sure the owners and higher ups don't work in 103 Degrees moving fast not able to sit or get out of the heat.... its a tiny area with people and tons of heat DO BETTER!??♀️
I went on 5/10/2022 at 6:15 and let me tell you I have never had such good service..Their were 2 lady's and 1 male that I seen and these 3 couldn't have gave better service...I wanted to put it out their because you hear so much negative feedback and these folks were very polite and made my experience nice....Thank you to the 3 of you .??. Looking at my receipt is says Tina was my cashier and manager was Alisha....
Thay shorted my order , and I tried to call to tell for about 10 minutes. Thay would not answer so it must happen. Al ot.
NEVER GOING TO THIS RSLLEYS EVER AGAIN. I FOUND A PEIECE OF HAIR IN my food ( no it's not my hair, it's a long piece of hair. I have short hair IN my hamburger, I don't appreciate hair in my food at all, that's disgusting let alone violation of health and hazards. People seriously need to start wearing hair nets or wearing your hair back. I worked in fast food for 7 years and never had this problem. Definitely feel disgusted and lost interest in going to ralleys ever again .
There is a cook named Shane. I don't know WHERE you found him but he is GREAT at his job and keeps the line moving! Give that man a raise. Not just 10 cents either!
If you want to wait 15-20 minutes for your food at a fast food restaurant this is your place!
We ordered 2 big Buford's both were rare and tasted undercooked. They also forgot 2small fries. The food was sloppy looked like it was throw n together. Never had a problem before this so I'm hoping it's a one time thing. Won't be coming back for awhile
Omg so delicious I can't wait for my next trip to the Saginaw va so I can grab another mother cruncher BBQ bacon chicken sandwich I highly recommend eating here for anyone looking for a bite great food great service and great value its a fast food hat trick

Rally is giving a free LG fry to people. I bought a sandwich, med ff that had appox 10 ff. Didn't even fill the ff holder. Iam so disappointed in the purchase.
