UPDATE, it’s Been about a month and store sign still says close at 9:30 on sundays. So is it 8:30 or 9:30?It shows online this Qdoba closes at 9:30 on sundays, the sign on the window when you walk in also shows they close at 9:30 however when we walked in at 8:30 all their food was packed up. The person helping us gave us the worst look and we could barely hear her ask us what we wanted. I said you look tired and I gave a empathetic smile and she just looked even more upset. She slowly walked to the back dragging her feet acting like she didn’t have any energy left to do anything. The person checking us out was in better spirits by a little bit so I asked if the other girl was ok. She just commented it’s been a long day. Then I said unfortunately you still have an hour to go and she said actually we closed at 8:30. I said I’m so sorry we thought we read 9:30. Then as we hurried out I looked at the sign and it did say 9:30 was when they closed! They locked the door behind us immediately and three customers who were walking up we’re turned away. If qdoba closes at 8:30 change the signs and the online times so there isn’t any confusion and the employees don’t get upset when customers walk in at closing time.
Very rude people that work there. Busy chatting with their workers so food is prepared in hap hazard way that makes u r food look unappetizing. Very disappointed. The workers were eating in the food prep area by eating a few bites then run to their station I am sure health inspector would site them. Won’t b going back.
Found out about a deal shortly after we arrived. I was disappointed to find out they don't offer a complimentary side of chips with meals anymore. What is available is a kids Chips & Salsa for $1.00. You can also add a small qaeso for $1.50. Food is still good.
Qdoba is normally great! This location wasn't quite up to par.Some of the employees didn't look professional with their uniforms and not very friendly. The restaurant was dirty inside and out. Could possibly be that a rush just ended though. Garbage was overflowing, the kitchen floor was disgusting, and the parking lot around the building could have used some picking up of trash.Ordered the new cheese crusted quesadilla and it definitely was nothing like the picture on the menu. There was nothing crusted about it. It was soggy and just melted cheese on top. The chips were fresh and as good as they always are.
Here for the week for work. I stopped and grabbed two extra protein chicken bowls. I work in the evenings and get back late so I warm up one when I get back to my hotel. Neither chicken bowl had extra meat, the pinto beans were not cooked all the way and were hard and crunchy. Overall very bland taste. Unfriendly customer service as well. Won’t be going back.
First of all, all the employees are very kind and respectful. The food is always fresh and delicious! It is a great place to take your family and have a great time. The inside is very clean and well lit. Food is splendid and the decor is elegant. Highly recommend!
My first time trying Qdoba , and I’m a little under the weather . Food was great and they must’ve known I wasn’t feeling well , they left me a wonderful note on my bowl . It made my day better ! Thank you for the kind words
My experience was like subway when I ordered here it was awesome you tell them what you want. And they make it awesome. Really good food not to bad of price.
Workers didn't seem too friendly, but they were also very busy and maybe just flustered. I wish they'd ask if you wanted everything as you moved down the line and you didn't have to ask for each and every thing that you wanted in the bowl. Food was good though. Chips seemed fresh.
