Wish I could give zero stars. Very rude. Very unclean. Cursing by staff. Monitor COVERED in dust. Scratched her head with tongs in her hand. Would not eat here even if they did get the order right.
This STORE AND LOCATION AND ITS STAFF! ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!Ususally I Never leave a review. I ALWAYS give people the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time this happened and I’m DONE! Ordered Nearly $50 worth of food was told the wait will be 15 minutes….here we are 45 minutes later and I had to GO INSIDE to remind these idiots that I’m still waiting for my food! Deer in headlights look! Woman at the front counter taking orders said I drove off when She Watched Me park and wait!Staring directly at me, waiting for a scene to take place! YOUNG LADY you should be FIRED ON THE SPOT!Prepare yourself for the most unprofessional experience possible if you ever eat here!!!
Food was great, didn't take long at all to get it out to us. The only issue at all was the drive-thru speaker is very old and outdated. It was hard for me, and the person taking the order, to understand each other, so a lot of repeating ourselves was happening.. when we got the food, they forgot our biscuits. We went into the restaurant, and the woman who took our order was very nice and gave us fresh, hot biscuits free of charge for the trouble. All in all, even through the little hiccups, it was definitely worth stopping through! ??
Advertisement stated 5 peice chicken box for 6.99 when we got there heard nothing about it also it cost over 20.00 for the same amount very expensive
This is your runt of the mill, sub-par fast food. While the food is the best part, this restaurant lacks overall good service. There are a couple diamonds in the rough when it comes to employees, most don't care about you or their company they're working for. If you're looking for a good chicken sandwich, stop by. But don't expect much more than that.
Food was awful made my son puke and lose fingers!!! Would not recommend I had nightmares after eating the cajun fries >:(
Placed a mobile order and waited in line for like 30 minutes. When we got to the speaker they said they ran out of food. Personally I think the manager dropped the ball and should have came out and told the line earlier that they were running out, and put the "Closed" sign on.
My son is in the hospital and barely has an appetite so he had requested Popeyes. Could barely understand the lady on the speaker but ordered a 16 piece tender meal with ff and mashed potatoes w/out gravy. Sauces were ranch, BBQ, and sweet heat. They gave me the food and the only sauce in the bag was ranch and honey? Checked the potatoes they had gravy. Went in and the young man at the register was very nice and replaced my potatoes and gave me sauces. If that was it I would have been ok but we got to the hospital opened the chicken box and it was all bone in chicken not the tenders. I had driven 30 minutes just to get to the place so there was no way I could just run back over to get the chicken replaced. We just ended up giving it to the nurses on duty and went to KFC for popcorn chicken.
Just wasn't all it had been hyped up to be for me. It wasn't bad it just didn't wow me. And it 35 minutes to go through the drive-through.
Giving 1 star because it’s the lowest option to give. We were told 5 minutes to wait, we waited 20. Got a order that wasn’t ours and had to go inside to get it corrected. Crew seemed more interested in personal conversations than actually getting orders out in a timely manner and correct at that. Sandwich had been sitting in heating hold too long, so the mayo soaked into the bun and the chicken was cold so it was thrown away. Tenders were old and mainly breading. This was a complete waste of time and money and we will not be coming back anytime soon.
