We ordered pepperoni pizza a few weeks ago it was horrible. We tried again tonight. We hear a knock on the door & no one was there. Then we noticed it laying on the porch & no bill.Also no tip as no.one was there.We did get text out of Wilmington, NC telling us the pizza on our porch.Oh by the way the thin crust was like eating cardboard & no pepperoni on it.
I live in West Branch and have never been close enough to a PaPa Johns until today. The Pizza and bacon cheese sticks we ordered were great! Order was read on time if not early and the staff was very friendly.
They delivered to my business while I was on lunch break, I asked them to rush it a little and their timing was amazing. Delivery person was helpful. Food was great. I recommend this store.
Pizza is always good here. Live that the pepperoni gets crisp on their pizza. Store is clean and people are friendly.
Got fired immediately with little to no warning about being on my phone manger named Michelle! Unprofessional and rude had a attitude with me for 20 minutes before I left

The pizza is good. The only complaint I have is that when it's busy, what you can assume to be the delivery drivers are just standing there while the managers run around doing seemingly everything. They should definitely be cross trained. Otherwise they're a waste of labor and have no team mind mindspace.
The pizzas were phenomenal! We drove 1hour and 30 minutes & it was so worth it!!! The service was impeccable, I can't say enough about the staff, truly they were such a delight!!! We felt like we were family!!
