You guys literally get rid of everything that's good here. Why on Gods green earth did you take away the prickly pear hibiscus drink???!!!! That was the most refreshing drink I've ever tasted and now it's gone. I do not like the charged lemonade's. I'm so upset by this. Bring it back!!!!
High quality food. Fast service. The soups are the best I’ve ever had.
The food was awesome. The service was great. The booth we sat in could have used a cleaning. Overall it's a great place to munch.
Horrible experience at Panera bread this AM, on Tittabawasee. Placed an order online yesterday to pick up at 11.00 AM. confirmed it last night on phone. reached there at 11.10AM, lady at the front desk went back and said order is not ready yet but will be shortly. I waited , while so many other orders were being brought up for others who were not even there to pick up. I asked the lady couple more times who kept reassuring me its almost ready. Finally at 11.45, the manager asked me if i was being helped as i was standing there for such a long time, I said i am here to pick my order, and he asked me what the order was and then went back and brought the packed ready to go bag and said the order has been ready for a long time. Such terrible service . The manager apologized but I was too mad and late to stand there and listen....
Got Panera bread today for my first time and WHAT A DISGUSTING && UN-EDIBLE experience! I got the 2 for 2 and the meditarían veggie sandwich was so poorly made it was just slopped everywhere & soggy. I was so disappointed that I literally could only take two bites and threw it away. The staff was unsure as of to what they even served on their menu and tried saying I got a free drink in the 2 for 2 but that is false. Alls I can say is that I was SO Disappointed. Will never go back ever again in my life. I am just happy that I had a gift card and didn’t have to pay out of pocket for food I could not even eat because WOW HOW SAD???
I just ordered the turkey avocado BLT and it was literally so fresh and delicious. Best sandwich I’ve ever had tbh!You guys rock!!
I was told by staff that I could not eat my purchased meal in the parking lot and that I had to leave. I will not be back. Even McDonald's lets you eat in the parking lot. I don't know who panera thinks they are but they are not above any others.
Love the food, so we are willing to deal with slow ordering process. We tried to order at the kiosk but it wouldn't let us use a gift card. Hopefully that was a system glitch that day
FOOD IS HOT GARBAGE! You need to hire someone who can cook. Also please get the customers food orders right. Nothing like getting the wrong food to make someone never come back
