Poor service, food orders were not what we ordered., dirty silverware. Food did not taste good, it was nothing like you used to get there. The vinyl seats are cracked and badly worn. I have been going to this restaurant for 30+ years and it used to be my favorite place to go. The food, service ,cleanliness, staff and overall condition of restaurant has seemed to decline over the past couple years and sadly will not be going there anymore.
I’m from out of town and stopped in for takeout just before closing time. The staff was welcoming, kind, and very friendly. They made excellent menu suggestions: string bean chicken, Singapore noodles, and veggie egg rolls. My only regret was not getting more egg rolls. The food was delicious and I’m definitely coming back next time I am in the area. I highly recommend it!
Service was very quick and food came out quickly. We brought our newborn with us and the waitress brought out a stand for her carseat/carrier that we didn't even have to ask for (that was a first-class move from the waitress!). Food portions were generous and very tasty. Atmosphere was fantastic with a pianist playing the whole evening (which was a Saturday) and most people dressed corporate casual dress. I'd recommend going here for a "nicer" experience for Asian food.
Myself and my family have been coming here for a number of years. Quality of food has remained excellent, along with the staff. Always friendly The owner is always there to shake your hand. We enjoy the piano.
This has been a favorite for years—some of the waitresses that have been there for years are still wonderful! But the cleanliness is now appalling. The hostess acted like we were a bother. The food was marginal. Three strikes and you are out—we have been disappointed twice. Something has changed
This was a most enjoyable experience. The background music was subdued but pleasant. The wait staff gave us some time to look over the menu and then took our order. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the ambiance as we waited for our food. It was well worth the wait! Our choices were delicious and plentiful. There was so much food that we both took some home! I'm looking forward to our next visit already!
Best service ever. They made my daughter feel like a princess, she told them she wanted something magical and they brought her the cutest drink. The food was so fast and delicious. They didn’t charge us for the surprise drink or the cake they asked to give her at the end. Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve had in Saginaw lately! They deserve all the tips!
This restaurant was one of my favorites! But, I hadn't been there in months. I ordered one of my usuals: Shrimp-Fried Rice. However, after I got home, I realized they'd given me chicken instead of Shrimp! And it tasted bad. They employees had been arguing when I was there picking up my order. So, I should've know to just walk out and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!
Great prices. Huge portions. The food was very good. I really liked the egg roll. I had the Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken. The others in my party and the string bean and chicken. Our only complaint would be how little chicken there was. But I would definitely go back.
I've always loved this place. They have a piano in the main seating area which makes it feel a lot more upscale than anywhere else in the area. Great food and a great place to have a meal with family, friends and coworkers.
