Was surprised that 'quick healthy' could in fact be both... If you get some vegetables! Particularly that they are fast even with a line.
The drive-thru lady was downright obnoxious when it came to upselling. I understand that's part of the job but when you ask me if I want anything else and I say no thank you do not ask me again do you want to add a drink or an egg roll because I already said no thank you once. Then to top it off I noticed on my receipt that the panda cares donation of $0.55 was added on there without my consent. I mentioned it to the girl at the window where I got the food and she said oh you didn't say you wanted to donate and I said no I did not. She offered to give it back for me but I just said whatever don't worry about it and drove away. I'm not going to hold up the line and wait for who knows how long to get a manager for $0.55. I am all about donating and helping people I just like it to be my choice.
Great experience although they are out of certain food all the time. Most often out of honey sesame chicken which is a bummer.
Was there just a couple of days ago found a piece of plastic in my food after finding it I threw the rest of my food away, I never called the manager because they're in such a hurry to get off the phone with you even without explaining to you. Other times the food has been very very dry I will never return it's been greatly disappointing.
Ordered 4 bowls and they were almost full of rice or noodle and very little shrimp, orange chicken, steak or beef broccoli. Cost 35.00. What a joke!!not worth it! Ordered inside...drive through order worker gave what should be Did say something and was ignored
Food is never hot or fresh. This is why I don't go. Never give Spoons or forks napkins. Just give us money byeeeeee?
It was fresh and I felt the amount of food was definitely worth the money. The employees where polite and prompt. Thank you for the nice experience and yummy food.
Excellent customer service here! Even through a rush they were friendly, and before I even got my dish it got completely remade when fresh chicken had just come out without me even having to ask. Asked for water bottles and got given free cups for water. For sure will return!
Great food and customer service. Darryl the manager is always very pleasant and helpful! The orange chicken and sesame chicken are always my choice. Sometime they could be cooked longer nevertheless the food is good!
I love to eat here often, although I often have to call to find something that is missing from the menu. Uber eats, grub hub, and door dash all have a different menu than the restaurant website. Sometimes they don't have a certain dish listed and I have to call to get that added to my order. I do wish they offered 6 Rangoons instead of just 3 or 12.
