Great service. The food was tasty and consistent with my previous experience. They have a device on each table where you can order and pay from. We mostly still used our waitress though.
We had a wonderful dining experience here for dinner on Saturday. Firstly, the restaurant was immaculately clean and organized. The greeters were friendly and professional. Our waiter, Jeffery, was fantastic. We waited for nothing. He checked in so frequently. The manager went around and asked about our food and service. That was so refreshing. I'd actually forgotten that was common place at one time. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Definitely makes you feel okay with spending some cash when it's worth it. We aren't Saginaw residents but I've already told friends to make it a point to go here when in town . Thank you for restoring our faith in the dining experience.Bravo!
Food was great, server was awesome. Had to take the rest home, couldn't finish it. Great atmosphere, just the whole experience was great.
Went to this restaurant for the first time today as we live so far away. It was clean there were three people up front the two at the greeting station welcomed us immediately the third was on the phone taking an order but she nodded her head in acknowledgement which was appreciated. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Now this is where the real experience comes in. Our waitress Lindsey was very quick to greet us and get our drink order and was knowledgeable of drinks they had and didn't have. My husband ordered a beer and when she came back with all the drinks she also had a water for him which he normally will switch to after one beer anyway. We were only getting the all you can eat as it is our favorite thing to get there. With us was my five year old son. He wasn't hungry as he ate a sandwich just before we went there so he really didn't want to eat. Knowing he would pick at our plates (he loves soup and salad) we were willing to pay for him but we didn't know what soup he would like. We did ask for a side of grapes for him (was on the kids menu) with our salad she brought out three plates and his side. When she asked what soup we wanted she asked about my son not knowing what he would like she offered to bring out some samples for him. We ended up not getting him any as he didn't any even after trying ours. Lindsey was over constantly checking on us without being overbearing and concerned about my little one not really eating. when she asked if we wanted a box her and I ended up talking for a moment about the dressing next thing I know as she brings the box there is three take home cups of dressing. When we looked at our bill she didn't charge us for r son so our bill was really low as in not even 30 we paid on card and left her a tip of thirty because of how wonderful she was. She thought it was for our bill when we told her that it was for her she looked shocked and tried to hand us some back.when she knew we weren't going to take it she thanked us a lot and thanked us for making her night. Truth is she made ours by being as great as she was.
Honestly we had a party of 10 people and forgot to call it in ahead of time and they had a table ready within 5 minutes. Amazing staff who really did their job got everyone attended too, granted we weren't much of a Hassel.... All around great experience
The food was good but we have had better from there before. Our server Ben was really good and worked hard to take care of a big group. One drawback was in getting seated. I called the day before because we did have a big group and was told to just show up. When we did it took over a half hour to get a seat even though the place was not that busy.
I LOVE Olive Garden. However, this was the WORST service we have ever had anywhere. We waited 10-15 minutes for our drink order to be taken. We were given some bread sticks in the mean time. 10-15 more minutes and still no drinks, still no salads, no soup. Then, when our soup and salad arrived, it wasn't even ours. Still no drinks, we asked for our food to go at this point, our sever left food at our table that wasn't ours to walk away to speak with one of his other tables. I've never done this but I was so upset that we just got up and left. 30-35 minutes at a table and all we were given was some bread sticks. The table who was sat 10 or 15 minutes AFTER us had drinks salad and bread already in the time we hadn't even had our drink order taken yet.
I ordered the chicken Marsala , the sauce was good but the chicken was so very processed, it was not a fresh piece of chicken at all!!! It looked and tasted like it was a Patty frozen out of the box! For $18.99 was I wrong to expect a fresh piece of chicken?? I was horrified and sent it back! Never order meat from there again!
Our waitress was a fantastic waitress. We never, any where, had a waitress that was very polite and fast to see if there was anything she could do. One the other hand. The person working the grill that night doesn't know how to get a steak done.No red in a steak means no red. Our wonderful waitress sent it back and when she bought it to us it wasn't any different. She felt so bad and keep apologizing. I would like a free bottle of wine!!My raspberry lemonade was watery, she had to take that back. I thought your family restaurant was better than that.
We were served by a young man named Jeff he was one of the best servers i’ve ever encountered. He was super friendly and very kind and respectful. overall the food was great and service was excellent.
