Worse possible place to work. Customers only have to complain and they will give you all the free stuff you want. Tell them your order was messed up, fake a name, they will give you whatever you ask for. Treat the employees like dirt, swear at them, cuss at them, throw things at them, they will give you more free stuff and write up the employee.
The slowest fast food drive through ever twice this week. 25 minutes from time in line to actually getting a simple coke.
I went through the drive through today and had a terrible experience on a simple order. I ordered a large coke no ice and a half cut iced tea.The tea rung up as more then a dollar. I had asked about it but the person at the window said it's never been a dollar. That might have been true for this location but it's a dollar on the McDonald's on wilder Rd in bay city. My problem was not with the price being different though.When we got our drinks the diet coke was not filled up all the way. The lady at the window had said that's how much I get if I order it no ice. Now I understand they have machines that dispense a certain amount, but to not fill it up is incredibly cheap. the worst part of that was she started laughing about it. I understand if she was trying to be light-hearted about it, but I don't understand tone easily. I was not happy about it, and don't think it was funny at all.After I had pulled off the tea was completely unsweetened. It was a simple order but they somehow messed it up that badly.Definitely not coming back here because of how up-tight and cheep this McDonald's is, and because of how the staff handled this.I would have not bothered to write this review if I was not laughed at.
I went inside to place my order. I waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. My order was incorrect (paid for sandwiches I didn't order) which seemed to be an inconvenience to the manager. She returned the difference in cash, though I paid with my card. I requested a receipt and was told I couldn't get one for a return. I don't care how hungry I get. That experience will keep me from going to that location ever again.
Had to wait on the sausage but it was fresh. There seemed to be a lot of people waiting they should have been more prepared for the time of morning it was.
Fries not done, no napkins, server had long human hair on her serving arm as she gave us our order. Cashier couldn't understand y we wanted a receipt after using a gift card-- it was so we know how much is left!!!! DAH!!
Really trying to justify the fact for wasting my 4 plus dollars a gallon of gas... while to being rewarded with 15.00 an hr...to recieve two mcdoubles...plz pull up and wait...and wait longer...while they stroll out with phone in hand(?)......
Mid day lunch in. Great service at speakers. Ordered what i wanted and the lady’s at the windows wasn’t Very talkative or such it was strictly professional. Food came out less than 10 minutes and no wait. Everything was fresh the nuggets was the freshest i have had in a LONG time so yes I savored them???♀️ 10/10 better then the McDonald’s in Bay city
Supposed to be fast food takeout. All I wanted to get was a large black coffee. This girl who's working by herself. She claims ?. Would not answer the microphone to announce that she's here and to welcome me to the McDonald's take out. She knows sooner gets on the microphone to wait on me then she tells me to wait a moment. There's only one person or a vehicle in front of me no one else at 4:00 in the morning. She tells me to wait a moment I'm only ordering one thing coffee.. then when she gets back on the phone she tells me she's waiting on somebody else when she gets on the phone for me she doesn't say anything and she says yes what do you want. She doesn't act very professional and I told her you didn't wait on me you waited on the other person I could hear you talking to the other microphone in the other takeout Lane. I told her I'm going to report you to your manager in the morning.
I did an online order for the first time. The service was good but the food was terrible. My fries had obviously been re-fried and my mc chicken tasted like it sat idol for a good amount of time. .. McDonald's food is so inconsistent, one time you get it and it's great, the next it's not worth my money or the gas it took me to drive to there...just like this time.
