Waiting in drive thru to place order.. sakara was our drive thru attendant. We waited 3 cars to one for her to take our order. She would tell everyone in our line to wait. While we would hear and see the other lane moving efficiently.
Duh Mcdonald is always great fast and easy just like my momma lol jkjk sorry mom strange mood this a.m
Buns were stale! Burgers were too salty. Worker handing me the food was on cell phone so he only had one hand to use.
Called the mcdonald’s 20 min before coming and asked if ice cream machine was working and they said yes. When we ordered ice cream they said the machine was down. we asked to talk to a manager and she claims we called the wrong mcdonald’s because she “never answered the phone”. We showed her the call log and she shut the window.
Its mcdonalds. They flavor their food with human juice thats why you crave it so much. Yep those frys you love are flavored with people.
Courteous staff, drive thru moved timely and food was wonderful as McDonalds always is!
Usually a decent location, always busy. Today we were asked to pull forward and was forgotten. Went inside after 20 minutes to inquire on order, our food was just sitting there on the counter. They had to remake everything because the runner disappeared...nobody else noticed our food just sitting on the counter in bags getting cold as we sat outside waiting and waiting?? Manager was quick to place all blame on the disappearing runner. So by the time we left this "fast food" restaurant, we waited 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. We could've went to a sit down, ordered and had our food in less time. Highly irritated and disappointed.
What can I say. I get coffee. Food costs the same as eating in a sit down restaurant. Prices very on senior coffee. Don't laugh, it is important. Mc Dee's had it's purpose. Food on the go. Great service team. Bless them for their service with a smile.
They always ask me to pull into a spot to wait for my food when I go through their drive-thru. And they always get my order wrong....usually missing sauce. I have to go back in.....I went through the drive-thru for a reason. I wven ask them if everything is in the bags. By the time they wait on me inside the reataurant; our fries have gotten cold.
After going thru the drive thru and eating the best burger I have ever eaten at a McDonald’s… a triple cheeseburger to be exact I went inside to throw away the bag so my car didn’t smell like the garbage I just had in it… anyways while inside I noticed the apple pie flash across the screen!!! With my wallet in my car and short on time I asked collis the manager if he would just give me one for nothing? He said sure I would be happy to get you one. He gave it to me and said have a good day. I bout cried lol thanks you guys for everything!!! 14 year Marine vet!!!
