Service was great. We came with a bus of 50 people and they took or orders with patience and kindness. We were visiting Saginaw and we felt welcomed. The manager was so patient with the children that ordered as well. Everything was done in a timely fashion.
I understand people don’t want to work now but we need people with people skill in the work place not those with attitude or don’t know how to treat your customers or either leave at the drive thru were you order your food at for ten to twenty minutes bad customer service
Just went here on my lunch break today and got 2 Big Macs and both had Mold on the bottom bun. Very nasty and I couldn’t eat them.
Even though they were clearly understaffed, they still got everything right, and in a timely manner. Employees were great, mcds just needs to pay enough to bring in enough workers.
While traveling pop into this location for a second time, same bad service. 1st trip orange juice was watered down!This trip my order, total to high for a buy one get one for a $1.Tried resolving at speaker, but was cut off total is $6. And some change, ehat?. I pulled forward and I said hello, no recipication of my greeting....I said my order kinda high for 2 items and a cup of water?She replies, yeah bcuz you got an egg McMuffin also.No you took my order ma'am, I replied, lolThen she says, and its not gonna let you have a sausage biscuit with cheese and get the hash brown for a $1.Oh my what tricks your employees play with customers while still failing at customer service.The employee acted as if I had taken my own order and got it wrong.Oddly the receipt is correct and I still received the wrong item.LoL I got and egg McMuffin and No HashbrownLast time stopping on this exit period
Crispy chicken sandwich was terrible! Severely over cooked!!! Staff seemed more interested in themselves than the customers.
Ordered a caramel frappe, got mocha, ordered a small fry the employee dindt even ring up, and a bacon quarter pounder, got no bacon,employee walked around the kitchen with my card and recipt gor 3 minutes.
McDonald's is pretty tasty however they never have shakes available. They really shouldn't advertise that they sell shakes because they always say their machine's down. This particular McDonald's, on Holland, is the only place I can ever get a shake from.
They were on top of there game that day my niece and I went through drive thru we had 4 children plus us 2 we had a big order with specialty drinks we paid and when we got to the WI for to get food they had everything ready !!
Seems like a clean and neat place but the breakfast quality was not so good. Ordered a sausage biscuit and it seems they microwaved it for too long. The biscuit was hard as a rock and my orange juice was watery. The hash browns were good.
