If they could only get your order correct
The person who took our order sounded and looked high. You guys are hiring people who are always high on the job. And she kept talking to other people while taking our order
Worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered a shake, was told it wasn’t put on my order and they had me waiting 10 minutes in the heat and didn’t come out with it. Waste of my time and money. Don’t go to this location, it’s the worst one.
Former employee- workers here spend their shifts with coworkers who don't watch their mouths: Some of the employees here have disgusting vocabulary; avoid this place while you’re job hunting if you hate the sound of trash talk; the Bonehead excuses for managers don't do anything about it, and by “Bonehead”, I mean “Wesley” who gets mad at you even if it’s nicely when you ask the trash talkers to watch their mouths, and he sends you home instead of them after believing them when they play innocent; he’s also a Grumpy Gus that practically never smiles at anyone. A position at a McDonald's is a classic first job to apply for, but don't do it with this one whatever you do if you don’t like rude people
I order an Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo and barely get any Oreo. Ended up going back through the line to order more. Paid for extra topping x2 the second time. So all told there was 4 toppings paid for. After mixing the second set in it still wasn't enough. Instead of skimping on portion, if they are that desperate to reduce overhead cost just increase the price.
Every time I come here it feels like an inconvenience just to order food. I’ve never had a good experience with these people and the food is always made poorly. Also if you want to order and specialty coffee go to a different McDonald’s they don’t put any flavoring in it even if you ask for extra
Worst McDonald’s everytime I come food is always cold, especially fries. The first time it happened the woman at the window had an attitude because I told her my food was cold. I won’t be returning anymore
Third visit in a row that the Large Fry container was half full. No kidding. This happened at another location which makes me believe this is intentional. I will be checking my bag before driving away from the window on all future visits.A shout-out to Amy at the drive-thru. She is always friendly and ready with a smile.
every time and I mean EVERY time we pull thru this location we are greeted with the worst customer service ever! They are rude to a whole other level. The person taking our order kept saying, done yet? When we got to the window to pay we asked for the total and she ripped the card out of our hand and said it'll be at the bottom of the receipt and then closed the window on us and then when we got our food they told us to pull ahead and the lady gave us the bags and said check your stuff so I don't have to walk back out here again......just a rude experience....it never fails
EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY MESS UP EVERYTHING!! I MEAN EVERYTHING! HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ANYONE TO RETURN WHEN YOU CAN'T GET A CHEESE BURGER CORRECT? DO YOU EVEN STOCK FRESH ANYTHING? EVEN YOUR MANAGER GETS ORDERS WRONG !!!!!
