Not really a "Drive Thru". More less a "Drive, order, wait" for about 10-15 minutes for your order. (Not exaggerating in the least bit. Sadly it happens a lot)
Grat french fries. Love the manager who came and helped us when our order Got messed up. They were really kind and helpful. Love who made our tea.
We went through the drive through at 8 pm. We ordered 2 mc doubles, large fries, and the big Mac meal. No one was in line was in line before us. We were asked to move forward to wait. While we waited over 5 minutes numerous cars came and went. Our patties were dried out and gross fries were ok a bit soggy. I believe that the employees on that shift are choosing which customers they server better than others.
It was kinda disappointing for it only being 10am and they had no coffee or fountain pop
had a great drive throu experience. my fries an 20 piece McNugget was good an hot. I got a free large caramel frappe for free because I use my points. Having points gets me a lot of free items and I love it.
Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered breakfast through the app before lunch cutoff. I arrived before the change over time. They made me wait until after 10:30, then told me breakfast was no longer available. Not cool. This is typical of this place. I will never go to this location again.
They will literally lie and say they dont have something , Just so dont have to run to the back and stock it and serve you .. Ive caught them up many times by calling the store and asking if they had something they just said they didnt . Smh a complete joke its because they dont get paid enough so they really dont care . SHAWN (the owner) DO BETTER AT RUNNING YOUR TRASHY LITTLE ESTABLISHMENTS BEFORE I GET THEM SHUT DOWN .
Honestly I probably won't ever go back to this location. There was 1 person in the drive thru in front of us. We ordered and tried to order a shamrock shake and they don't have ice cream. Everytime we've been to this location it's an issue( whether it be a broken machine, or something else). So we ordered a value meal with a coke. I paid for it and pulled forward and was handed a coke that tasted awful then was told to pull to the right and wait. 10 mins later my daughter's value meal showed up and seriously looked ridiculous..Don't waste your time or money
Horrible service will never come back to this location again. Every time I go through the drive thru they tell me to pull off to the right and we'll bring it right out. Sooo there's 3 cars already waiting, after 15 minutes I called and complained about having to wait 15 minutes for 1 quarter pounder that only takes maybe 5 minutes to cook. So they did bring me out my food after I called but the 3 people before me were still waiting. To top it all off there were cars at the window that came after us that also got their food before us 4-5 cars that have already been waiting 15 minutes or longer. It's pathetic and you lost my business
Terrible service had me waiting in line 2 of the drive thru with 4 other cars for 10mins. An NOO ONE Came Threw the mic… when lane 1 whent threw 6 cars. I Had to drive around he building to get into lane 1. An by the time I orderd those cars were still waiting. Then had me wait to the right for over 7mins. Sad thing is I never come here n I live 2 blocks away!!!!!
