Always on of the most delicious and cheapest place to find delicious food and wonderful staff and with that sweet tea and them dollar large fries how can I not be happy!
I love spicy chicken nuggets and was very excited for their return but at the Bay Rd McDonald's they have a totally different version than before. They dont even look like McDonald's chicken nuggets anymore. The look, texture and taste have changed and I am not "lovin' it" at all
Didn't give me sweet tea n l had to pull up 8 min for my changes of a 20$ wild
Quick drive thru , but my son starts throwing up and we have to pull over real quick to park. I spot the person that was cleaning the outside parking, he help me with getting paper towels to help with my son and all the mess! I am very appreciative for that man and his help ! Also the food was good and hot.
I ordered through Doordash because I was in the hospital with a sick kiddo. Mcdonald's had problems with the first order so it was canceled and I reordered. The Doordash service was fine. But when I got my food, my spicy crispy deluxe chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way through. The meat was off-white and chewy. So I ate my fries and soda and returned later that day to talk to them about the sandwich. They offered to replace only the sandwich. And they seemed annoyed and bothered by having to do that. Which they shouldn't have been because it was their fault it hadn't been cooked properly. I am an understanding and patient person, so it might sound like I'm being greedy, but I expected the whole meal to be replaced. I've had the whole meal replaced at other restaurants when just 1 thing was not right in the past. But now I have a sandwich and nothing else for dinner. Seems for ALL the hassle (one complete order screw up which resulted in me canceling it, being refunded and then having to reorder AND then that reorder was undercooked which is dangerous) they could've just replaced the meal so I could've enjoyed it entirely. Instead I had a meal of fries and a soda for a late lunch and now, a sandwich and nothing else. I won't be going back to that location again. I'll head to the one down the road. The other location is more friendly and willing to make it right.
I ordered a mobile order to be picked up curbside. Firstly I waited 15 minutes to receive my order.I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup, and no pickle. i also ordered a Large coke with no ice.I received 2 cold cheeseburgers with ketchup and pickle, and a medium coke with ice. Either go up to Bay road, State st, or Tittabawasee for timely accurate orders. What a waste of my money and time.
Went through to get a coke no ice, lady working the window handing out food was so rude & had no manners. They handed me a coke with ice, and I said I wanted it without, and they made me pull forward for a DRINK. I used to work at McDonald’s…takes 10 seconds to get a new one out of that machine.This McDonald’s is known to be nasty & I figured a drink was so easy they couldn’t mess it up. Won’t be back.
Screwed up my breakfast order then Charged me full price instead of the comb price like it would have been if they didn't screw-up. Not the first bad Experience I have had with them their probably the worst McDonald's in Saginaw
It didn't take super long to get my food and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, they wouldn't mix a shamrock shake with a chocolate shake for my wife. Pretty much every other McDonald's can do it. Definitely a great location! Especially great location for those who are currently at the hospital. I was able to get food for my wife and mother-in-law while my wife recovered from a c-section.I can't speak for what it's like on the inside but the drive thru wasn't that bad!
I know they are short staffed but lady taking our order was very rude. Happy meals missing the toys too.
