The steak was rubber and wad thrown away. The mashed potatoes were no good. Been left under warmer to long. Mac and cheese was warm only.One girl trying to work the entire bar area. Waited over a hour for food to be brought out. Another customer walked out because of the service. A third customers food was not cooked correctly and was not eaten and they had to take the food off of the order. This place has gone down hill. Wont ever go back thats for sure.
We arrived group of 4 put us at a table to left in corner. Had to wait for service, my niece needed to go to bar to get some OJ sugar was low. The bartender was not sure who was are server so she took care of us, and was awesome! Bread was really good and appetizers were as well. Food arrived for 3 of us and mine came a few minutes later. Was told by server that chef only put 2 pieces of broccoli in bowl, he asked for more and was very pleased at the amount. Service was good but we came in I think at shift change so that is why I think we were forgotten about at start. Might want to use a daily seating chart at front for tracking who has what area or table. Considering that the place was not very busy, we should have not been forgotten.
Been ordering JUST dinner rolls to go here for two years and the wait is always 20 mins to 1 hour and 30 mins. Not only is it a long wait they bring them out hard, old, cold or barely warm 85% of the time. Only this location out of everywhere in Michigan has this issue. Midland walks to the back and brings out fresh rolls every time! Management and staff need to be fired and rehire new staff IMMEDIATELY!! If I could give it negative stars I would! Thanks
Very bad service from waitress. Burnt food, didn’t get everything I ordered. Waited forever for my daughter’s burger to come back out. Will not eat there again. Manger was awesome.
Worst grilled shrimp dinner ever. The onion rings were over fried with old grease and nothing but the outer unedible skin of the onion. Manager never even bothered to come to the table to explain. However, our waitress was great. She needs to find another job where they actually make decent food. I will never go back.
We stopped going here months ago because the food quality changed drastically. We received a gift card for here and decided to try the saginaw location again and see if it changed. We arrive and the two young men up front look up and just stare without saying anything. My husband greets them and asks for a booth. One walks away and the other looks back down and continues what he was doing. Neither say a word. The other comes back over and we end up going to a booth. He sits our menus down and walks away without saying anything.We packed up and went to a different location because I can't imagine how well our food or service will be.
Definitely won't return. Our steaks were way overcooked, and the server who asked us to cut into them took off before we had a chance to tell her. Our drinks were very overpriced. And my $8 quarter rack of ribs I added to the steak meal were a measly 2 small ribs! For $64, I got 2 poor meals and 3 beers. Very disappointing.
I have always had a mediocre meal at Logans. Never my first choice to eat. Well that changed last night. All of my food was great! My waiter Jessie was phenomenal! The drinks were bomb ? the price point was adequate. I was very impressed.
Great waitstaff, the cooks were careless and messed up/burnt everyone’s entrées. No one finished their meal. ?
We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. The kitchen on the other hand. They served people that came in 30-45 min after us, before us. Something not right. So disappointing
