I got takeout tonight and we waited from 10 minutes for our food than we looked through the bag to find out they forgot my Coleslaw l. Wrist drive thu I have been through.
Worst chicken I've ever gotten from KFC!!!! Asked for half and half and couldn't tell the difference between the extra crispy and original!! It's was basically all burnt and dried out!! I thought the Center/State store was bad but, this one is the worst!!! I've had better chicken from Kroger's
Accidentally drove off without my drinks at the drive through because they were taking so long and when I went back inside to grab them the girl who was at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this location.
Stopped and got kfc tonite after sayung i wont go back. 8 peice meal and 2 orders of fries for kids over $30. Get home the dries taste horrible.and chicken tastes just as bad. Very greasy on the outside tasting like it was all cooked in bad grease and ki inside of chicken very dry. Max n chz also very dry. Very sad and a waste of money!
Worst drive thru experience ever during the pandemic. Alot of times no one would answer when I drove up to the speaker so I just took off burning rubber. Very slow staff. Its an OK diner for food but your better off eating inside- forget the drive thru!
So unbelievable how you can make such a bad spicy chicken sandwich. This sandwich was hard to chew, looked black as if you didn’t put any actual effort into making it, not enough pickles like not even the bare minimum, and it tasted dry. It was unseasoned and this isn't disappointing because I didn’t expect much from a place that makes chicken that taste like elbows but it’s just annoying. It also smells like a farm. Gross.
Like e everyplace else it's getting a bit pricey. Not their fault. People have to make alternatives for dinning out. The there is very good.
Ordering went ok, picked up a large bag of food at the window.... Took our 15 to 20 minute drive home... Opened the bag and no gravy for the two mashed potatoes, no Mac and cheese, no butter, no honey. Called back in and the lady answered oh yeah that's my fault I forgot it. And advised us to come back. We tell her we live 20 minutes away and she says we'll take your name for your next visit. My wife asked her what are you going to give me at my next visit and the lady says well give you two gravies and a Mac and cheese. We asked her what are we going to do with that. And she says why don't you just drive back it's only 20 minutes. This was quite possibly the worst customer service experience ever.... You know you screwed up.... And you make the most intelligent offer to correct your mistake possible.Gave the store another chance 1/31/22, same order, drove home, no gravies... Call back to store and get told oops sorry you had two bags and we forgot the second one..... Is it possible the exact same mistake again.... Can we maybe hire someone that can remember to grab both bags...
I don't go to KFC often because no matter what one I go to they always seem to get my order wrong. Today I wanted a famous bowl fill up box and from the A&W side a plain hamburger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.Opened up the box and it was a pot pieAlso no cookieDidn't check the burger at that pointWent back switched it out for a famous bowl no problem.It was the saddest bowl I've ever seen.The burger had cheese on it and no pickle but my lunch was over so I couldn't go back and have that fixedI took one bite and it was dry as sand. Pot pies are very good but it only seems like it's a 50/50 chance of being able to get one being its often they have none in stock or ready. The staff does not seem very friendly.
