My co worker picked up lunch for us today and this is the worse pot pie that I ever had..it's so doughy..I think there is only 1 chunk of chicken and no potatoes and some of my crust is missing. Also no ice in my pop..$7 for this...will never come to this store again..and I'm stuck hungry with no lunch..
I got a.12 piece meal on 5/12/22. It was all old food. The biscuts were hard as a rock. The chicken was all soagy and stuck together. It was nasty! Never again
I have been coming to this restaurant for quite some time. I honestly preferred it over others. Today I decided to stop in for the first time in MONTHS. Upon entering the building, it was so hot and humid. There were empty tables with chicken on it and cups sitting out on the counter with no other customers in sight. Along with wrappers and receipts laying across the counter. The floors were sticky and looked dirty. I got to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The lady that helped me seemed very nice. I was notified some food items were not available. I placed My order and was handed some cups. Went to fill up and there was no ice. A passing employee said, "oh yeah, we don't have ice" which would have been nice to know prior to placing my order. I'm not a fan of warm beverages. My son and I opted to throw our drinks out. Went back to the counter, after waiting a decent amount of time we received our items. Upon looking in the bags items had just been tossed in, they didn't care if food was leaking or falling out in to the bag. As long as it was in the bag. I noticed I was missing some items. So I waited to be noticed and no one came. I finally had to yell out "EXCUSE ME MAY I GET SOME HELP?" Then an employee told another employee who told another employee that i needed help and I THEN was helped. I'm not sure what has happened to this establishment. I used to love it. Now? I'm disgusting at the restaurant's appearance and the lack of care admitting from the employees. I will not be returning.
They didn’t give us like half of the order. So we called to see if we could resolve it because it wasn’t just like one item. They were rude the second they answered and instead of even listening to us say what were missing they hung up. Terrible customer service
First off the person who took my money dropped the change on the ground and told me I was short cars in front of me and back of me and I can't open my door next thing someone else comes to the window and starts to cop a attitude needless to say poor hiring practices now days also no one wearing masks never eating here again.
Today my family and I went to dine in at the Bay road location and we were met with horrible costumer service. We walked to the counter and had to wait for a good 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Employees walked past us without even a greeting. When someone did finally get to us, the employee had a sour face as if he didn’t want to be there. We ordered three separate meals and the entire time he said nothing to us. After we finished ordering he walked off, didn’t even give us our cups. The other employees ignored us. Waited for another good 5-7 minutes before someone else came up to us and asked what we needed. Mind you at this point an employee has helped other customers while my mother was waiting by the counter. We get our food and we’re missing a cookie that comes with the meal. I go up and mention it to one of the employees politely but he seemed very annoyed with me and gave me two cookies. The difference between the way they treat customers here is night and day. My family an I are Asians and we get this treatment while the white customers that came after us got the oh so jolly and happy treatment. I write this review in hopes that it never happens again in the future to anyone.
First had to recite my order 8 times. Be charged $28.30 for two 5pc strip meals and chicken littles. And get home and realize no biscuits no coleslaws was put in the meals no utensils. Very disappointed today.
I ordered the 10 pc meal didn't get my cookies with my meal they also forgot my lg cake I paid for. When you live a ways from them and have to go back the next day for items they forgot it's not very professional. They should check your order before they hand it to you.
The young lady at the drive through told me her name and for the life of me I can not think of it. Nonetheless she was the light of my day!...Very pleasant...I no longer felt guilty eating fast food and supposed to be on a diet lol...I grab that chicken in the car and took the biggest bite. ?
