This KFC and the one on Bay Rd are not changing their grease. That is why their chicken is always dark and hard and terrible tasting. They know what they need to do to fix this issue but these locations are too lazy to do the right thing and change the grease. I guess they figure if they mess up a lot of orders they won't be as busy so they can stand around more and still make money.
Great place if you like consistently wrong orders and missing food.
I just tried to order a family meal, an hour and 10 minutes to close. No chicken. No chicken tenders either. Extremely disappointing.
$42.00 for old dried out chicken our food wasn't even close to fresh it was awful.The guy working last night taking orders shouldn't be in any kind of customer service. I couldn't understand him & he was RUDE.
Just love their chicken we always get a bucket of chicken and all the sides. The manager is super nice too. She always greets us with a smile n is.
We have been here a few times recently. The other two times were a great experience, that's why there's two stars. This last experience was so terrible we are hesitant to return. We got the 12 piece tender meal. We were missing one of our three sides and were given the wrong sauces. As if this wasn't bad enough the chicken was over cooked, rubbery, and tasted awful. The fries were gross. The biscuits were also absolutely not fresh in any way. They were the driest KFC biscuits we have ever had. How can so much go wrong with one order? A waste of about $35 bucks.
Went in today to order dinner for take out. We went in instead of using drive through as we had two orders. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Not one person acknowledged us. Several looked right at us but never came to the counter. Several times we asked if anyone was going to take our order. They'd look over at us and just stand in the back. No one said they'd be there in a sec, or someone would be with us shortly. Just stares. We finally said we'd just leave and go to the other KFC... STILL nothing. Just looks over the food heaters. We finally just left. Horrible service.
They were roof as heck!! Didn’t give sauces, you could see they literally threw the food in the box!! It was all tore up. Afraid to even eat it at that point. Waste of money. Would never go back. I use to love KFC. Such a shame that they clearly don’t care!
The order taker was very pleasant and professional. She made sure the order was correct when handing it over through the drive-thru window. she mentioned that careful food is very hot! Not dripping with grease, and all was very good. We'll be back..
This one NEVER FAILS to screw up my order. Quite literally, you HAVE TO PULL OFF AND CHECK WHEN YOU GET FOOD!!They seem a bit irritated when you come back through but maaaaan I wouldn’t be coming back if you gave me what I wanted.
