Very good chicken. It usually takes a couple days to eat it all, but it was so yummy that it didnt last that long.
Rude workers chicken wasn't fried well macaroni is horrible
Didn't get everything I ordered. Woman working drive thru was extremely rude. Won't make that mistake twice. Can't even get an order right even when they ask you three times. You would think the company would pay attention to their reviews and correct the clear lack of professionalism in their restaurant.
They couldn't take my order at front counter because the young lady was on the phone. And had to go outside to look in her trunk for something. Went inside because they owe me a free meal and the other young lady said she couldn't help me I should have came before then. So in order to get food I had to go through drive thru and since I was on my way to work I had no choice but to eat there food. I will not go back.
Soon as I got to the line the guy pressed me to order fast. I had no idea what I wanted. I was forced to choose so bad I just pulled off because I don’t want to choose the options he kept putting on me. You guys should value the customer instead of trying to beat a time and still didn’t make any money smh
Cole slaw was ok they don't have potato wedges any more just wasn't pleased with the food this time
Got a biscuit that was so hard, If Chris Rock would have had that biscuit and threw it at will smith we would be talking about Will Smith's homicide right now.
Although the food was great, There was no greeting or smiles from any staff.We requested butter & honey for our biscuits it was not given. When I went up to the counter to ask for said condiments another staff member slowly sautered like a zombie from the back & stood mute with a look of distain.Again I asked for butter and honey, & was told we are out of butter as she handed me 4 packs of honey?
OMG!! This location is so unprofessional ( Hess location). Waited in drive thru, because inside not taking orders! Get to the window to pay. The cashier asked me if I had another bill because they didn't like the way my ten dollar looked. Was told they didn't take old bills. I just received that bill from another restaurant less than a half hour before. They didn't do anything to verify the bill, just wouldn't except it! They will never get my money! I'll drive to another location.
Ain't nothing worse then getting wing dings that was put back in the grease like we don't know just horrible.do your job that's what u get paid for.
