Thai chicken wrap was great but would be even better if it were spicy.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have problems getting waited on. First time...order taker couldn't take my order (drink only) because her phone call (claims it was boss) was more important. So I walked out. Second time...2 people just standing there... staff couldn't take my order because evidently the other people had been standing there a while waiting to order so she took their order around me.Staff tends to be more worried about playing tricks on each other than actually working.I won't go back if it's the last restaurant open.
The food is good and the staff is friendly I'm rating it 4 stars because they don't deliver 2.2 miles away. It's not the staffs fault, but considering I lived further away in the city (Bay rd.) And the Michigan location delivered, I don't understand why this establishment can't deliver down the street.
The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, however I got food positing last night. Didn’t eat anywhere else the whole day, so it was quite obvious as to where I got it from. I know it’s not a problem with this specific location, however I’ve been reading that nationwide Jimmy John’s is causing a decent amount of people to be sick. I was baffled when I searched and saw how many run ins they’ve had with the FDA. Corporate needs to get it together, such a bummer.
This establishment does the absolute bare minimum to function it seems. I have ordered from them about 10 times for some orders totaling around 40-50.... Just ordered a meal for 3 around $35... Well took a half hour to make, then almost another half hour to deliver. That is fine generally, I DO NOT CARE how long I have to wait, IF the food is FRESH and made RIGHT.... However, if they take that long, charge me so much and then don't make the order right, cut out some of the product, make me wait to eat it, charge me top dollar for the bare minimum and not care.. nothing changes and I am sick of wasting money on such a poorly run place... Never get another dime from me. There are better Jimmy John's around for sure but lately they all seem to have cut their QUALTIY down by about 50% unfortunately.
This place is very friendly and atmosphere shows it. The restaurant is very clean and well kept and the food is good as well. If you like classic sandwiches and Jimmy John's is the place for you. If you're looking to find a favorite minus spicy Italian LOL.

The staff was stiff with my family and me idk what they're problem was...but my biggest problem with Jimmy John's is that they only had salt and vinegar chip..I was really looking forward to some sun chips
#9 and #14 very good!! Glad we have a store on State St. Highly recommend.
