walk in and they are cleaning the vents and ceiling tiles in the same gloves they are preparing food with. Not to mention the dirt and dust they are cleaning off the ceiling tiles is falling all over bread on trays that was not moved or covered. No one seemed interested in waiting on customers while cleaning at lunch time. HMMMMM, Walked out!

Great food, but after an hour and a half with no delivery, I called the store and they hadn’t even made my order yet. Total let down.
can't seem to deliver at all. over 2 hours and still waiting. they say it out for delivery over 40 minutes ago
we ordered subs at 12:50 today and it has been 2 hrs and 13 mins and we still dont have them! was told 45 mins ago they were out for delivery...so much for "Freaky Fast"! This place sucks! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Took 40 minuts to get me my sub when I'm less than a mile away..not impressed I could have ordered a pizza at that time frame

Purchased multiple sandwiches for an order yesterday.Two #14's w/hot peppers and onionsOne #14 as isOne #17 w/pickles.Two #4's as Unwiches no mayoOne JJ BLTAll three #14's came with hot peppers and onions. The #17 came with 2 pickle slices at the end of the sandwich. What the heck?
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have gotten very soggy subs at the restaurant about twice already. So bad the bread is falling off, making a disgusting sloppy mess.There was no mayo on one of the subs, so it was very dry. I will also never go back to this restaurant.In addition to getting very sick from the meal, my mother became very allergic to it. I have never experienced this type of reaction from this restaurant before.We also contacted Jimmy John's and explained what happened with our food experience, but were told just to accept it since that's the way it's supposed to taste.-PICTURE BELOW OF THE SUB-
