Had takeout pizza there a few times this year, and it was excellent. I went back last weekend and today, but they weren’t open even though signage stated otherwise. I met the owner previously, and he was very friendly as well as the staff. Not sure if it is due to staffing issues, but it might be helpful to keep online hours/presence up to date. I’d love for them to stay in business.
Went here for the first time last night and the food was delicious! The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is because of the server. She was not busy upon our arrival. Only had 3 tables and one was clearly already done and cashed out. Told her that we have a party of 6. She was like.. “well my big table is taken, you guys can push some tables together, if you want” then she just walked away and started doing something else. I asked her, “you’re not going to put them together for us?”. She had no interest in doing so. It took almost 10 minutes just to get our drinks— as I said, she wasn’t busy. Food took maybe 30 minutes to come out but at least it was hot. We were in such a hurry though and couldn’t even enjoy our food. I heard so many good things about this place but I was truly disappointed in the service we received.
The pizza and lasagna are great. ?The atmosphere is relaxing.Non-alcoholic drinks only. ?
Phoned in a takeout order, was told 30 minutes, took 45. Lasagna was very good. Pesto chicken w/ penne pasta was o.k., I felt it could use more garlic.
First time eating here and my fiancé, and daughter and I enjoyed our food. Service was great. We will be back.
This place is such a great little joint. So comfortable and inviting. Great pizza. Yummy Alfredo. Very sweet owner.
The Alfredo is soooo good?. Just drove from Essexville upon recommendation from family that lives near by. Was not disappointed!!! I was unsure why, but we were literally the only table the entire time we had dinner. I hope people realize how good this place is before we lose another family restaurant ??. ???
Love this place! It’s right around the corner from my house and every time my family is in town I take them here, they always love it because it’s something different then your typical restaurant!
Was surprised that there wasn't a lot of people there. The food was so delicious, especially their garlic knots! Absolutely to die for. The staff was also very friendly! I used to live in Saginaw forever, and can't believe I had never gone before.
The worst food!Ordered the bruchetta as it is a favorite of ours. Was served a bowl of vinegar with very old tomatoes and very old onions in it. Could not taste anything but vinegar. One bit and I was done. Told the server who told the cook, who then came to our table and asked what was wrong with the bruchetta. Told him everything, no basil, who puts onions in their bruchetta, and can't get past the vinegar. Bruchetta chicken penne was just as bad! We won't be back.
