Enjoyed the breakfast. Some items a little overcooked.Outside maintainance can be better.Shrubs overgrown, trip hazard at curb, lighting globe ajar..
I am hoping in leaving this review Corporate headquarters will see this. Your store was inadequately understaffed today. Our waitress had been on her own only three days. The manager spoke to us, she was wonderful. Gave us half off our breakfast. You know who I am, thank you for talking to my parents and I. I just wanted to take my parents out to breakfast. You were busy in the kitchen. How can so few employees be expected to run a busy location? While I was there a party of 5 and a party of 2 left their seats and LEFT. A man and his daughter walked out before being seated. I have heard the term " new normal". If you continue to staff a location like this your " new normal" will be to lose customers and close.The waitress needed to be trained and someone to train her. I was told 2 servers volunteered to work in the kitchen, as you had no cooks today. Put out some help wanted signs, appreciate the employees that showed up to work give the employees a reason to be proud and to smile. My review is not on the service or food. It is on IHOP corporate because every issue I came across today was because of your mismanagement. I used to love IHOP.
Fast service really good food
There was only one waitress for the 6 tables that were being used. She also had to fun the cash register and seat the new customers coming in. There were tables that hadn't been cleaned and were cluttered with dishes. The food was good not great. Kudos to the waitress for staying polite and working hard to attend to everyone. She got a big tip:)
Oh man it was bad. Tables and floor were a mess. They sat us at a table that still had an old coffee and syrup container that had been used. The food was good but the issue was cleaning. They don't clean up well period. And they were not busy but we had to wait for clean everything from dishes to tables. I don't know who is in charge but they need to get on it. The waitress was nice but forgot to bring out items we ordered. Basically they are serving to pacify. I'm just bummed because it was my nieces birthday and the restaurant was horrible. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere for real
The most terrible service I have ever had at a restaurant!One server taking care of at most 3 tables. Server forgot to put order in. Claimed it had been “crazy busy”. We Waited over an hour to get our food, thankfully it was hot! The server forgot to turn the coffee pot on for the coffee we ordered. Server apologized profusely but couldn’t even find our order in her notebook. Towards the end, brought more chocolate milk for the kids and a refill of a soda quickly as a last ditch effort to save the tip. Portions of omelet was not worth $13, maybe $7 max! Honestly shocked with this type of service that this location is still even open. I hope that there is the slim chance corporate or a regional manager will read this and do something. We will NOT be returning…..and were also not the only customers who experienced terrible service.
They had 7 servers call in so it was a 25-30 minute wait. Lots of people would get seated then leave cause of no patience. We had never been there so we waited, food didn't take long at all and was very good. Our waitress was very friendly and kept apologizing. We will definatly go back.
Only two other tables and still could not get service. Terrible waitress. Finally walked out and went Denny's. I will never return
Our waiter never came back to check how we were doing after our food was dropped off. The Philly steak sandwich was the worst I've ever had. The bun on the menu said it was soft; I had to tug on it just to take a bite out was so tough. The meat was chopped into very fine overcooked bits. My husband had one of the combos that came with all you can eat pancakes. We were asked if he wanted anymore well after we were finished eating; he said they tasted fair.
My family and I went here for breakfast. After 30 minutes the waitress fianlly came and took our order. 30 minutes later we finally got our drinks and about an hour of wait for our food to come and no refills on our drinks we finally got our food... except everything was either cold or seems to have been sitting. Talk to management and they said that they'll have them remade. 20-30 mins later with still no refills and we finally and the food that was remade... except it was only one person's eggs and two peoples pancakes... everyones, 3 people party, food was cold... They did not remade the whole meal despite the whole meal being cold.They took half off two meals so one total. So we are charge for food we did not eat. Never eating here again this was ridiculous. We basically paid $45 for four eggs and two sets of two pancakes. Everything else was cool and greasy.Do not eat here.
