Absolutely the worst service I have ever had.!! The girl working tonight at 9:15 pm 06/15/22 looked at me with total disgust for ordering (2) sundaes and one float. The other girl (lady) wasn't much better. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's to bad they were soooo rude. I felt bad for the people behind me too.. I was hoping I found a new place to go to for our family ice cream. Never again.

I have to give this place an "It's Okay" rating for now because a) The ice cream didn't really knock me out of my socks, and b) The flavor choices were sparse and unusual. It is, however, early in the season (May), so it is quite possible that the flavor choices will expand as the weather gets warmer. As for the quality of the ice cream, it's better than grocery store brands but it isn't as premium as I was expecting. I was thrilled, though, that they were open after 9 p.m. on a Monday night. Will I go back? You bet.
Love that it’s homemade and Pictured Rocks is my favorite. It’s so creamy and delicious!!! Our family is grateful they are open all year around too and those chocolate dipped cones with sprinkles are my daughters favorite. Can’t recommend enough!

Great ice cream and unique flavors. Homemade waffle cones made right in the shop in front of you, it takes you back to a simpler time, and is an awesome way to spend time with the kids.
Tried fresh basil paired with strawberry cream and it was delightful! I love the variety and new flavors every time we visit. Great customer service as always!
I just enjoyed the most amazing gluten-free, dairy-free ice cream cake from Great Lakes Ice Cream Company! It is what dreams are made of. So delicious! It was a perfect way to end my fantastic birthday!
