I enjoyed the service was really great I enjoyed the food I was served in the normal 20 minutes it was hot n fresh! I'd definitely go back again ???

The best deal for pizza in town in my option! Delicious, prompt, and their delivery drivers are always super nice. We order from this location regularly, and highly recommend.
Awful customer service. Tried to cancel an order because the card wasn't going through when calling then placed another order online. They showed up with the first order that we cancelled and wanted cash. So we called and told them not to bring the second order then and he refused to cancel it. So the delivery driver (who was very nice) said her manager is making us give back the pizza and pop??? Mind you we already ate 2 slices of pizza and drank out of the pop. How disgusting.
The pizza is good but their service is poor... if you order online then don't bother going to pick up your pizza at the time it says... wait another 10-15 mins... two times now I've come in to pick up my SCHEDULED order and I'm sitting in here for as long at I waiting to come pick it up in the first place... not everyone has time to waste.
Asked for the pie to be split one half (mushroom, onion, green pepper) other half (pepperoni, extra cheese) couldn’t make l it right the first time and this was the “remade” pizza: what a complete joke;Loyal customer of 10 years+ done because of there lack of respect for not only the customer but the integrity of their of business.Shame on you, and shame on the way your business and staff handled this situation.“With one out the door, comes 30 more”Remember that.
Told an employee who had been exposed to COVID (entire family has it) and was exhibiting symptoms they still had to report to work. Won't be eating here ever again, and recommend nobody else do so, either.
December 18 was truly the last time I would ever step foot in Goodtimes Pizza ! Let me begin my review by saying these people truly don’t believe customers are in the right. I stop every Saturday for at least a couple years. This Saturday made it crystal clear to me the owner could care less about keeping and satisfying a loyal customer! 1. Called placed an order for a large pizza with green olives and bacon on half and other half pepperoni and mushrooms extra cheese on all. Went to pick up and the fella who came to assist truly has a terrible disposition! Have witnessed this In previous encounters with observing his interaction with other customers. Long story short 2 large pizza were made. … one had the green olives and bacon the other large pepperoni and mushrooms . What I suggested was I’d pay for one , which by the way was my order and in my head the decent thing for a kind business owner would be send me home with other pizza..it was their error. Especially because I get my mother who is in Hoyt a treat on Saturdays! I literally was told by 3 so called men … they would make me another one. The two would be thrown away! Unbelievable considering there are so many people that go hungry! What type a business owners would argue with a woman that has been a loyal customer for months! The real icing on the cake was when the fellow who took my money said he would make the pizza himself. When he didn’t know was I was watching him he went to the sink never used soap ran his hands under water then preceded to make my pizza. The owner acted like he couldn’t understand or follow what I was attempting to get across. Also he had no gloves on hands shaping the dough. Absolutely disturbing! Possibly I will give the health department a jingle to inform especially with all Covid-19 mutations a person who has been in the food industry for as long as they evidently have need to be a bit smarter. I can only hope no one ever gets treated as poorly as I have at Good Times Pizza in Green Acres. As a business owner the client or customer should always be right! I think the owners should be the example but these people obviously are not enjoying this line of work anymore and it really shows! Sincerely never coming back -go at your own risk!
Great food Fast Service!I was strolling on my phone deciding a place tired of the usual and took the best chance! I got delivery and the food was HOT FRESH and SUPER GOOOOD!!!!! don’t know why I haven’t heard about this place ?? My favorite spot now :))))Actually I’m going tonight!
I love this place. We drive 40 minutes to get our pizza from here specifically. Always happy with my orders and the price is great.Also, their pizza not greasy which is so nice because I prefer my pizza crust to be more like firm bread than a wet bread. Wings are great too.
