So Denny's is one of my absolute favorite spots. I eat there regularly. I love most the girls and management. Never have had a problem... Until tonight! I went in with my husband and daughter. Ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. Cali club sandwich, spicy skillet, and some chicken rice bowl. Drinks were 2 lemon waters and a sprite. The waitress Ethel told us there was no lemons cut and she didn't have time to cut any. But she had time to sit and flirt with 2 boys (the only other table that was there at the time) my husband asked if the chicken rice bowl was a big portion because if it's not he wants two the waitress said it was huge. He said ok I'm trusting you and we placed our order. it took 1 hour to get our food and even asking for silverware and waiting 5 mins I got it myself. spicy skillet was full of grease and burnt, Cali club was missing avacado, the chicken rice bowl was like child size so right away we asked for another one. It took 30 more mins to get the second one. By now another table walks in and the lady asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and our waitress Ethel told her the machine wasn't working. About 15 mins later the other waitress on the other side brought out a smoothie to one of her tables. Absolute nonsense!! We were there 2 hours and we were fed up and left. As we were leaving we walked up to pay our bill and the manager Eric was complaining about wanting to go home and about having to cook. This is also the manager that would say racist stuff in the back thinking people in the dinning room couldn't hear him. We sat there and waited to pay while he decided his Facebook messenger was more important than taking our payment. Fed up my husband threw the money on the counter and we left. I refuse to return to this restaurant if that manager Eric is working. Pretty horrible person to be in management or even cooking. We have never ever had such horrible food, horrible service or experience there ever!
I was going here a few times anweek since im staying at a hotel within walking distance. However the last couple times me and my boyfriend went the food and service was absolutely HORRIBLE to say the least. The food was so god awful. The WORST pancakes ive ever had....they had burnt crispies all over them from their grill....and i literally tasted everything that was on that grill all day wkth every bite i took....which i believe was only two bites. I couldnt eat ANY of my food. Hands down the 2nd worst restaurant experience in my whole life. ?♀️
I ordered from the to-go menu online. Pick up was ready as fast as I could get there. The food was great, it's been a long time since I had been there. Give them try if you're in question, you may be pleasantly surprised.
First time eating here and unfortunately I wasn't very impressed or where my teenagers. Our food was cold, stale and they forgot to bring out 1/3 of our food. By the time the waitress came back I just had her take it off the bill cause we already about finished. The waitress was very sweet though. I don't think I'll be going back.

the service was fast and the food was hot. clean location even in restrooms. they were busy so they took about 20 mins for us to pay the bill. other than that i recommend ^-^

Came from work in Bay City to enjoy a meal with a Friend. Waited over 30 mins on may 2 2022 to be informed that they weren't accepting anymore orders because it's one cook and one waitress on staff. The dinning room was not that busy. Coming from food service experience this was definitely unsatisfactory.
The staff was friendly and the service was great. Our food was delicious.
I hadn't been to Denny's for close to 20 years. Hubby tried it a month back and liked it, so he and I went there on a Sunday. It was packed, as were all of the other places in the vicinity that serve breakfast. We shopped for a while and went back to Denny's. I had their Fit Slam, even though their photos of it looked a bit sketchy. It was delicious, and way more food than I really needed. i would definitely go back there again. Only sooner this time.
