Never open according to their hours.
Drove all the way from Saint Charles to get ice cream because it said they didn't close till 10, the other one in Saginaw said 12. Was closed when we got there, very disappointed.
Would be nice if they was ever open like how the hours online state that they are.
Hours say they were updated 2 weeks ago. However it is 8 pm on a Saturday. They are closed and the restaurant is dark.
AWFUL, every time me and my roommate have gone to this cold stone location they say that the ice cream is not available. Take the sign down if this cold stone creamery isn’t functioning anymore.
Not only was the place dirty, but the area where they prepare your ice cream was absolutely gross. The service was very slow even though we were the only ones there. I will not be spending $8 for two scoops with a single topping there ever again.

Good ice cream but they won't serve ice cream past 7 even though they close at 8. Weird... Close at 7, then.
Waited at the drive thru order screen for 5 minutes with no answer. We pulled up to the window to be told at 7:22pm that all equipment is shutdown for cleaning since they close at 8pm. Make any sense to you?
