Extremely overly over priced... Specially for 2 tacos that comes with 99% ((limited)) meat only. Beans and dry rice. No lettuce, No cheese, no side toppings at all. I only wanted tacos but had to get it as a meal. $20+ with no taste. The shells were tasty along with the chips w/liquid salsa. I won't go there again but if I must I will stick to just the chips and salsa. 2 stars because the waitress was nice but big big pet pev ... Waitress I order from brings out food, if not busy + all at once. Absolutely dissatisfied having to wait for everyone to be served to eat, then taking 10mins to get the table plated by others in a empty restaurant.
We we’re looking forward to going to dinner however, the service was not good. We we’re not greeted, during our meal our waiter didn’t check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I order the Chiles Rellenos and the sauce sloppily drenched my whole plate making it unappetizing. My son and I went to the car to wait until my husband finally paid the bill. We will not be returning unfortunately.
The food was good, but the service was not. Our waiter did not come by even once to check on us or refill our drinks. I paid $22.99 for fajitas and the service was poor. I do not feel that I got my money's worth here.
Great food, i haven't been to this location in a while. Very, very Minor language barrier. But great service and the waiter was very friendly and welcoming. We left very satisfied with leftovers and overly full bellies :)
This place is shady if you order your food I caught one lady upping the price so she can keep a 3 dollar tip my food was $6 and some change, when I came for pick up it’s was round up to $11 dollars.when I told her they told me it was going to be $6 as I was told she crumbled up the recite and threw it away then just rung me for the regular price. ?manager needs to know about this next time this happens I’m recording the girl up front doing that, again food is ok but honesty sucks watch your prices and your amount they take out.
Decently priced quality food! My wife and I love eating here when we're in the area. They have another location on Bay rd. but I prefer this one. Staff are friendly and less busy. Technically less busy is more unfortunate for them than for you, so it's positive and negative at the same time. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food and the waitresses are wonderful! Bathrooms could use a little more attention but, overall, it's a wonderful restaurant!
Went there February 11, 2022. Salsa tasted bad, like plain tomato sauce that wasn’t fresh at all! food came and tasted like they dumped spaghetti sauce from a jar on the enchiladas, couldn’t even eat them, sour cream was disgusting, tasted old. Waiter never checked or asked how food was or I would have told him. Overall food and service was terrible. We will not go back. And the prices were very high for what you get. Will stick to Cancun in Alma.
One of the best Mexican restaurants around! They give you large portions and we always end up with leftovers for the next day. Highly recommended.
We just got our WORST take-out meals ever. We ordered a patito dinner, which is supposed to have deep fried tacos but they were not deep fried..the tacos had so much water in the bottom of the metal take out container that the flour tortillas were actually wet and doughy, I assume from water in the lettuce that was heaped next to the tacos. There was about one tablespoon of chicken per taco. The description of the meal said it came with guacamole, it did-one teaspoon full! We ordered a full nacho and paid for a full nacho, but only got a half order, which is about enough for a five year old. The cheese was not even melted and they were cold, and we only live five minutes away. We got the chips and salsa...the salsa was very cold and tasted like plain tomato sauce. When we called to complain, we were told that the kitchen is understaffed and they are still learning. We spent $34.00, and could not even eat the food. After two phone calls, they gave us a credit, as if we would ever go there again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. No offer to speak to a manager, just excuses. I would give zero stars if I could.
We have been going to this restaurant for a long time. The food is consistently excellent, but their prices have gone up, up, up. We used to go weekly, but they have priced themselves out of that for us. We will try other local Mexican restaurants instead. We may go there for a special occasion now. Their cheese dipping sauce is amazing!
