Love this Chilis it is my wife and my go to for dinner. I love the sirloin with garlic butter and asparagus. When the asparagus is in season otherwise it is broccoli. The Trio appetizer is great for a meal too. Just eat some and take the rest home.
Waited at our table for 20 minutes and was never greeted by our server. Meanwhile the table right next to us that was sat after us, received their drinks and an appetizer. Dan the manager was nice, but had no solution to the problem.
Great food! Doesn't matter what you order it's always good!
Despite being seemingly busy (quite surprising for a legacy restaurant), we were seated and served very quickly. Food smelled amazing upon walking in, and didn't disappoint. Everyone in our diverse group found something on the menu that was appealing and everyone felt they had made good choices. Overall, very happy with the service and food.
This is the third time in a row that we have had issues. Last time it was service. This time it was the food. We ordered a salad and burger. The burger that was delivered was the wrong burger. The waitress immediately set to correct that. After she walked away we noticed that the "grilled chicken" was not grilled and was cold. The salad was ordered with no tomato and there was tomatoes all over it, and once my wife went to eat it there was hair on it. The waitress immediately got the manager and he took it off our bill. But to be honest I am done eating here. This is the second time that the place was filthy. The service was terrible the last two times and the food wasn't good this time. If they replace the management maybe this place would be better.
Awesome. The Cajun pasta is a MUST try. My first time being there in years. Placed a to go order, and had a really nice server. Very helpful, even suggested a to go cocktail, a margarita. Very good.
I review places not just based on their service and food but how they try and resolve an issue. I commend the manager Keith for taking the time to talk to me over an issue I had with an order, he listened to what I had to say and genuinely seemed like he cared. That alone sets you apart from 70% of businesses around here, thanks Keith and I’ll see u soon for that delicious quesadilla
Used to love this place but since they opened back up from the pandemic the customer service has been terrible and not to mention how many times my order has been wrong. So I limited how often I go there and stopped tipping (tipped a couple times when I was receiving good customer service). Anywho after today I’m done with Chillis. Tried to place an order over the phone and the little girl was so rude. If you hate your job that much please leave.
The food was subpar compared to other places in the area. Solid margarita though. I would recommend stopping in for drinks and dining elsewhere. The service was great. They have some hard working employees doing their best.
Ordered two platters of food; first one was supposed to be sweet corn but ended up being some funky spicy corn and the second was 30 pc Chicken Crispers and they were super soggy. Totally ruined the birthday party.
