Extremely rude staff.. waited for 15 minutes to order while employees just looked past us .. no one said a word. Then cashier finally cam eot take our order didn't say hello .. nothing just gave us a rude stare and rolled her eyes. Took 10 minutes to get our food while there was no one else inside. Will not come back here. Whatever happened to the value of customer service!!!!
Good service and food tasted great but I couldn't help but notice the condition of the lobby. It could really use a face lift. Not sure who is in charge of that. The cieling tiles and vents looked all brown and dirty. Lots.of dust. The one lemonade machine was down and looked like it was rusted. The pop counter looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a while and trash was full. Could be due to the sign that said they were short staffed and wait time could be 20 minutes. Thankfully we did not wait that long (about 10 minutes). It was an hour before close so that could be why trash was full and counter looked that way too. Other than that no real complaints and very friendly staff.
The Saginaw location is horrible. Multiple times I’ve ordered online, when you go to pick up they have a sign to stand to the side of the register. Every time I have 5-6 employees within feet of me looking right at me and no one will acknowledge me or whoever else is in line with me or say I’ll be right with you or asks for a name so they can just grab my bag and I can go. I can see my food sitting there and I consistently have to wait 3-5 mins just for them to hand it to me. They have the rudest staff of any place I go to. Also 3x in a row recently I’ve gone there during their posted hours only for them to be closed. That’s super frustrating and a waste of my time and gas. I wish there was another location in Saginaw because I love the food. I’ve also emailed their corporate and gotten no response.
I placed a delivery order from Door dash. It said that delivery would be by 2:25. It arrived at 3:25. The food looked like it had been made when I ordered it at 1:50 and it sat there waiting for pick up. No one would refuse the purchase and they also wouldn't remake it. This is probably contaminated with food poisoning since it was kept at room temperature for so long. $35 for 2 sandwiches and some fries just to throw it all in the trash! Never again would I get food from here.
I love this place but I received my order today and it wasn’t correct the food was barely on the bread it was cold and it was disgusting very pissed off and disappointed
Ordered our food & witnessed a employee handle multiple items with gloved hands and then put his hand into food container with same gloves.. Called employee out on it. He changed gloves and he muffled something under breath then retreated to backroom when called out. Did not resurface until our order was almost done. Ask other employees who the manager was they never said anything asked once again if that gentleman was the manager they never said anything. So one would assume he is the guy in charge. He needs to work on his people skills. Was very unprofessional and hopefully won't will not get sick. Would recommend if you come there that when he is working. Pay attention to how they prepare your food. After everything ordered wasn't right. Wife asked for extra mushrooms didn't get a one. Paid for extra also. Very upset & hungry.
Decided to try out this place. Extremely disappointed due to the fact I placed a delivery order and did not receive the order when scheduled. I called the location after it was 15 minutes late. The employee I spoke with told me I could come pick it up if I wanted to but that she couldn't refund the delivery fee and she had no way of contacting the delivery company they use. I asked her to please cancel the order and was told that couldn't be done either because the food was made already.
I ordered a philly steak with green peppers and mushrooms only and they forgot the mushrooms. Idk how you can overcook the meat and undercook the peppers, but ya did it. My meal had almost no flavor. Shoulda went to Big John's.
Worst experience I've had, ordered extra bacon there was no bacon, took over 2 hours to get to me. Had to call for a refund and wont be returning here ever again
Only when I come between 12-3 my order is wrong and I never say anything. But this time it's wrong again, then you call the # and it doesn't work soooo how do I get the problem solved when I live in another city?
