We had such a great experience here today! It was my first time coming to Cafe 476. I came with my sister in law, who had her 2 year old and newborn with her - and I had my one year old. They were so accommodating to give us our own play room to hang out in! Then my one year old and I accidentally spilled my freshly made coffee, and they were gracious enough to offer me a new coffee!! I thought that was such a kind gesture of them, because it certainly wasn’t their fault that we spilled it! SO kind and I think they should be recognized for that wonderful gesture!!
if you ever need the use of the hall in there it is very nice and clean easy access. The owner is very accommodating. We were very satisfied.
Wonderful coffee shop and breakfast selection. Lovely views in the back of the Cafe and salon, shop area has a nice appeal to the also.
Just an awesome place. Staff is super friendly, atmosphere is clean and cozy, drinks are amazing and reasonably priced. Plus, open late! I'm always bringing people here whenever I can to show the place off. Definitely stop in if you're around!
I cannot say enough about this place! I am so thankful that a great cafe came into this side of town! Every coffee I’ve gotten here has been delicious and made properly no matter who has made it, the environment is always cozy, the prices are lower as compared to other coffee places and the staff are friendly/accommodating! But the thing that stuck out the most to me about this business is the at they truly care that their customers have a quality experience every time and that they go above and beyond with their customer service. One day that I had placed an online order and a large group had came through right before that so it took a little longer then usual for my order and the owner reached out to me through my email and refunded my order for the wait. Like what business does things like that anymore! I continue to be impressed by this business and cannot wait to see all of their success! So do yourself a favor and visit Cafe 476, you will not be disappointed! And if you happen to be they will make it right if you let them know!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious. The drinks are equally wonderful. Definitely one of my favorite places to relax.

The specialty coffees were very good. I had no idea the backside of the building had a deck and don’t get me started about the birds. We saw hundreds of birds by the feeder including cardinals and a hawk. It was a very enjoyable experience and we will be back!
Very cute and beautiful place. The area definitely needed a coffee shop like this one. The interior is very cozy and inviting. Parking is plentiful.The staff was very friendly and helped with them menu.Lots of food and drink options available and seasonal specials too.They have a nice study/meeting room too with a big whiteboard that a team can use to take notes.
The staff is always very kind and professional. There's plenty of room with cozy vibes and open views. It is the only place in Saginaw I can think of that has a balcony patio. The menu has a large variety of food and drinks, the coffee is great and the staff knows properly how to use an espresso machine. Easy access at the corner of M46 and M47, swing in and you won't be disappointed.
