Bought that new spicy chicken sandwich and it was a alive moth wrapped up with my sandwich. The manager seem to didn't believe me I showed him then I got a full refund smh. Never again

They are always friendly when I visit. Some mistakes happen. But they are human and work their butts off. So be nice to them if that make a mistake. They are sweet and will help
The wait here is insane!! Understand not enough employees but still crazy even for that. Food is good no always right but good. Just don't be Ina hurry. An on whopper Wednesday UGGH!
Never go to this Burger King they were slow mean and not likeable I sat in the drive in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes and still got the wrong order didn't get my regular order so in my opinion never go to the store on Michigan Avenue

My chicken sandwich was delicious but I had to was h the table with a hand wipe. The place had only 2 inside diners and all the tables were dirty.
I got there on a Thursday 12:30am, they aren't supposed to be closed until 1am but no one came to the drive thru for 15 min. I gave up and went to McDonald's
I've always been a fan of the whopper, and love the fries. Although my last couple of visits the staff at the drive thru don't seem very happy about customers at the window( I tell them have a good day,and no response back just close the window on me.) Maybe a smile would be ok!
They are slow and always don't got something or short on something fries are cold cookies are hard
