We love going there for a fast bite. Service is amazing. And the chicken is so yummy.
All of a sudden I remembered why we stopped coming here. I'm use to the wait on to go food there. Plan on spending at least an extra 20 additional minutes on top of what you're told. However tonight after waiting the extra 20 mins, finally goes back to get my food, comes out with one ranch (after I asked for additional ranch), we had 6 meals and 40 wings, don't think we were asking for much... still not the problem, didn't complain about it. However did let him know, I was missing a soda. Hostess said hold on, as if I was bothering him. I held... as he sat, not one, not two but 4 tables then cokes in another lady for to go food and he starts helping her. I nicely asked if I could get the soda. He said nothing other then looked so irritated with me asking for a soda I had already paid for. Not to mention the food he had brought out 15 minutes later... after already being 20 minutes late, was surely getting cold. If people are overwhelmed, offer more help, hire more people and hire people that are personable to say the least.
Placed an order over 40 minutes ago on the phone. Went to buffalo wild wings, paid for the order and was told it was not ready. Waited another 20 minutes for the order. I knew something was off when a guest placed a pick up order and received their food before i did. Spoke to another team member, guess where the food was. If you guessed "ready" your right. The food was ready according to the receipt even before I got to buffalo wild wings. This place is awful and I'm tried of the bad service. Basically if I didn't say anything I wouldn't have gotten my food. What I want is a refund
I ordered 20 wings and they gave me 10. I also ordered a salsa con queso and they gave me a quarter of the chips that originally come. The manager also would not speak to us about the order claiming she package the order and knew she put all the wings in and was very rude! We would not have wasted our time calling about an order if it wasn’t wrong.
This is a sports bar. Extremely loud. Short staffed. Sat at bar. Had a great margarita and loaded nacho appetizer. The food was good. The young lady attending bar was also great. 3 stars if for waiting for food. Waiting for food servers. They all did what they could. This was 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night.
They were understaffed, had our food brought to us an hour and a half after it had been done, cold. It took thirty to forty minutes to get the channel on some of the tvâs to the hockey game.
My experience was another unbroken promise by your management. Another great interview for your company and another no-call from managment.I have been serving/training since 1996 in some of the biggest restaurants in the world in NYC and Arizona and I use to really enjoy your company and core values.I've been trying since last year to get a job with probably too much experience and not a return call. Urgently Hiring, obviously there is nothing urgent about it, for you.
Ordered take out food 60 wings for an event, a veggie boat and blue cheese and ranch. Got back to the event, realized they did not include sauce on the wings, the boxes were soaked in vegetable oil. And they did not include the veggie boat or blue cheese or ranch. They then requested i leave my event to return the wings so they could make more for me. Then i had to order food else where to make up for it. Will not be returning here. Staffs attention to basic orders is very poor. Should not have tipped the workers without looking to ensure they actually did the job they are paid to do.
Had a pretty unpleasant experience tonight. Placed an order due for 10:30. Wait there till 10:45 for the food. When it was my turn to go a lady in a blue shirt cut me off from saying anything and said that a lady was there before me when she definitely was not and just arrived to the restaurant. She said this in front of everyone making it seem like I was cutting. Pretty rude on her part to assume that.
I just had a celebratory dinner for over 100 employees and Buffalo Wild Wings on Tittabawassee Rd was our caterer for the event. I dealt with Alyssa there and everything turned out very timely and perfectly! Very nice job with such a large order!!
