Coffees good and the people are nice and willing. The shop needs a lot of upkeep and cleaning. The workers are disorganized.

I don’t have a Biggby where I live so I always get it when I visit my boyfriend! We love that they have a few sugar-free options. They always make sure to double check with each other that they’re sugar-free!
I don’t know why but this place always have inexperienced barista and they take 20 minutes to make one coffee. If you’re ever in a rush. AVOID this place by all means necessary.
Went in 03-13-22 at 11am. Cashier was rude when I asked a question, they burnt my bragel, tried to give me drinks that were not full, and overall were rude. Would not visit again. Not worth spending the money.
EXTREMELY rude baristas. Aways distracted and socializing when I go up to order. The blue haired woman was very snarky with me when I tried to use a coupon and threw my phone on the counter after scanning it. Whoever manages this store needs to get their staff in line.
This morning my husband reminded the employee to put the drizzle in the drink. She had an attitude and said "well it's just gonna sink to the bottom" he said that's ok, can you put it in there anyways, then another employee came and said "yeah it's just gonna sink to the bottom"...she begrudgingly did it. I honestly believe she was not going to do it until he mentioned it. When I called to make a complaint, the employee apologized and said she was trying to help him, so it'll be easier for him. Easier for him to do what exactly, order, and carry my drink home ?.So make sure your watching how they're making your drink, not how they want it to be done.And ladies at Biggby don't dismiss a persons orders just because it don't make sense to you, do better.
The staff is so friendly and they remake drinks that don’t taste quite right. Amazing customer service!!
4 workers behind counter talking to 2 boys. When I arrived to pickup order they stated another dasher took the wrong order (funny cause they hand the order to us).
Always Love my Biggby!! My favorite coffee place. Been disappointed by service lately same Barista always act very cranky not only with customers but fellow workers. But gotta get my Biggby fix.
