The food is amazing but I had a real snotty rude server, not only that she was kissing all over her boyfriend in the dining area and that was just unacceptable while on the clock, her name was Kristy. I have never experienced such a rude server before from beef’s. It’s my go to place as I go once a week. I won’t be returning if Kristy is working
Chandler was our waiter and he was great. Very nice, made sure we had everything we needed and actually was a people person. Food was decent as well. However the bartender/boss attitude sucked. My Long Island was watered down. She refused to take it off the bill even tho I didn't drink it and returned it to her. She wouldn't let me switch drinks, no customer service skills at all. If you're going to have drinks with friends, choose a different place that doesn't water your drinks down and give u attitude.
The food was awesome as usual. The waitress was not friendly at all. I hope to god she was just having a bad day.. I will switch sections next time! I even gave her a 25% tip. Took our cups while we were still drinking. Smh!
Came with my family. I order the prime rib sandwich... it had little meat on it and was dry and bland... Got soup with it instead of fries... did not much like their soup. My brother got the Steak Nachos. He was disappointed. Something about the meat being too dried and chips being stale... plus it did not come with enough sour cream. Had to pay an extra charge for more. My dad got the Steak. He like it a bit. It was a little rawer than he asked for but that is a common and understandable mistake.
Had a great experience the server was on spot.chandler made sure our whole group feel welcome and inviting. Would recommend to any group big or small

On 2/26 we went back and had burgers. Those were delicious. Juicy and tender and just the right amount of toppings. The bun was soft and tasty as well. we went for the new menu fish and chips. But we're disappointed. They were dark brown almost burnt. With more of a breaded coating and not a batter coating. But the menu had it looking different. No one else ordered it while we were there so we didn't have a frame of reference.
Friendly and efficient service by our bartender, Shelby. Boneless wings were on special and they were fantastic, as was the salad w/chicken and garlic prime rib sandwich. Good set up for watching games, too.

This place always takes forever. I constantly get texts from GH stating that the order is delayed. 4 times in a row now it has happened. The fries were cold and soggy. No horseradish for the prime rib (which was also soggy). No chocolate for the funnel cake fries. And we waited nearly 2 hours for our food.I left a review on Grubhub and received a reply from Beef O Brady’s. Their response what to be expected based on their responses to their reviews on Google. Not once did they apologize for forgetting the horseradish, or chocolate. No, they blamed it on door dash and then proceeded to tell me that maybe I should pick up the order next time. As a business owner myself, I find such a response and lack of professionalism amazing, although not surprising. If I wanted to pick up the order myself, I would not have used door dash. Maybe I was unable to pick up the order. Being this was not the first time that I’ve had an issue with beef o Brady’s and the only place that I have issues with when ordering from Grubhub or DoorDash, I would opine that it’s beef o Brady’s.Suffice it to say, if you look at their reviews, the main complaint is the time it takes either in person or waiting for an order.
