Really disappointed. Even used the app. Got shorted food, guy at the register was rude and the fries were the worst I've ever gotten from an Arby's. The burger was good which helped, but overall not a good visit.
I went to Arby's to try the new wagyu beef burger with the burger sauce and I'll tell you what I'm Not disappointed! It's worth every dollar. Arby's definitely got this burger right and other restaurants should be scared if they keep this quality always.
The pecan chicken salad is as delicious as ever. Love that bread too. Great sandwich!
Terrible meal today! Everything was cold, both fries were undercooked. You could tell the buns for both roast beef sandwiches were old and were broke up. Kind of hard to eat a sandwich like that. A little irritating when you pay that much for fast food now.
Went to arbys today and ordered a pecan chicken wrap. There was no pecans, grapes, celery or apple. Just chicken and lettuce and the sauce was runny, it was warm and gross. Very disappointed was looking forward to one especially on my lunch hour.
I’ve been in town for work and got back late so I stopped here for something quick. Drive thru service was slow and I was the only one in line. Ordered boneless wings with bbq sauce not the spicier sauce. The employee even asked me twice which sauce I wanted and they still got it wrong. At the window I was almost thrown my bag of food and slammed the window shut, no eye contact. Boneless wings were barely warm with the wrong sauce, ate 1 and threw them away.
The lady who took our order was very rude. Her voice sounded like she hates her job. Wasn’t wearing a hat. Her hair was sticking out everywhere. We said thankyou and she was very rude.
Look at how EMPTY my order of medium curly fries is!!To think I waited 12 minutes for half an order.I won't even tell you about my sandwiches BUT I will warn you about their slow and selfish service.
This was on Bay Rd, food was fast and good but they could do better with customer service, be a little more friendly and they didn't offer me any sauce...
Absolutely nothing. They close past the time the website says they do , so unless you arrive 3 hours early you’re not getting food.
