why can i never get someone to fully listen to my order when i’m here? it’s kinda goofy, if there were any arby’s closer to me i’d just go there. if you want to alter your items at all, don’t come here lol
I went to your restaurant Friday. And the girl in the drive thru window didn't say a word just opened the window. I gave her my card she handed it back. Then she handed me my bag of food again not saying a word just looking at me. I haven't been to a fast food place in months because I was sick and tired of people in the window having a stank attitude!!!!! I cannot understand why do restaurant's keep putting these miserable people in there widows???? So I will NOT be going back. Also the food tasted stale.
The first Arby's burger was actually pretty good.

Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Got food home only to find a bunch of white fuzz all over my sandwich. My wife then went back to address the situation because they won't answer their phone lines and the lady in the window tried to assault my wife through her car window and had to be pulled out of the drive thru by another team member. What a joke of an establishment. The owner should be disgusted by the caliber of employees they have because the temper on this lady is unbelievable. She needs to be fired immediately!
There seems to be less beef on the sandwich every time we go. The bun looked like someone sat on it.
D/T order taker was great with my large order. D/T cash was okay. Kudos to QB for correct number of items in each bag, no squished food or ripping bags!! Super fast service, and good food. Missing a small mottz, overall still a great visit!
They're ok. Most times they get your order correct, but like any fast food service sometimes they miss the mark. Some item come fresh and warm, while others seem like they just came out the refrigerator. Overall they're middle of the bunch. It shouldn't be that way with how much they cost but maybe its just this location. Solid 3 ⭐.
Went there yesterday the gyro bread was stale. But the mint shake was delicious.
Everything was good except the Turkey. We put the turkey sliders in the fridge... Had them for lunch the NEXT day & 30 minutes later both hubby & I we're very sick. Once lunch purged itself from us- we felt instantly better.
