We had a friendly waiter who took our order by repeating it and then suggesting a salad option for us. Two meals for $25. The food was hot & tasty. The hostess was polite. Our meal was served within. 15 minutes. I definitely will return.
I haven’t even been served yet. It’s cold inside. The waitress has been to our table twice. I waited 15 minutes for my drink. They have minimal tables. The hours state they are closed… we arrived an hour before close. I will not be back… not for their benefit but for my own. This is ridiculous. State street is much better.
Ribs didn't fall off the bones....loaded potatoes were great though!!! Service was good. The manager visited the table frequently and had great interaction with us.
Applebees has been like a tradition for my daughter and I. We celebrated every birthday, mine and hers, even her first period. Today was her graduation and we went to applebees to celebrate her milestone. The food was good; waitress was courteous but they did not even offer her a piece of cake to celebrate her. I was disappointed.

I know it sometimes depends on the location. I have eaten at mount pleasant, midland and saginaw locations. With a couple minor problems that were easily fixable, the food was awesome. I always get their cesar salad or French onion soup with any order I get from them. I just recently tried their "prime rib dipper" and that's amazing. It's also super soft for anyone that has teeth problems.
When i am in town i stop here for a quick bite to eat. Prices are good and food taste great. Staff is friendly always. Place is clean. This is one of my favorite Applebee's to go too.
Great food, wait staff very nice, polite and friendly, appetizer and then main entree was perfectly timed, food was exactly what I expected, very fresh, temperature perfect and very tasteful, yummy ?Will be revisiting soon.Very clean, manager visible and checked in with us making sure everything was as we expected, told us her name if any issues occured but was an issue less visit.
Bay City Wilder Rd location Best service ever! Took my daughters to celebrate my 14 yr olds birthday, our server Billy was really holding it down like a champ as the restaurant was slammed so impressed even the assistant manager was on the floor helping with orders ...very classyI'll drive from Saginaw to Bay City every time to get that outstanding service and the food was amazing
10/10 service. I'm literally only getting on here to say Angie did amazing. She was an absolute treat. So kind, so quick, so helpful. Our lil wild party of 5 had such a great experience. This woman deserves the ultimate and upmost praise. If you see this Angie, you're amazing!
