Nice staff, subs and side's were tasty but a little pricey for 2 subs and 2 sides.
I'm a picky sub eater and this was the first time I tried this joint, and it was average. I have to try it another two times to really pin point and definite Y or N answer if I like it.
Giving one star might be a bit harsh but I love tubby's. I wanted to hit a tubby's before having to drive back to Columbus Ohio. It's Sunday and it was marked it was open till 7:00 yet the place I went to at 11 mile and it was closed and it wasn't yet. Google maps has it open till 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Would be glad to take this review down it's a fix their times for the next time I come to town.
my friend was buying me lunch asked me if you wanted to try tumby's I told him sure he went up to get sandwiches it was one of the best sandwiches I ever ate I'm so glad we stopped there
The service was super nice and friendly however I ordered two full subs and a half none of them had dressing on it they put some dressing on the side in the container but those containers broke open all over the bag and the buns were super stale dry and hard especially without dressing total waste of $40 bucks ?
Or steak and cheese it was more lettuce and tomato the meat was dried out very bad

The manager I believe it was ( the lady who was not on the register) very rude to me when I came inside to pick up a door dash order. Her tone of voice was not necessary when she asked me to step to the side for the customers. I had no problem stepping aside but it was the way she said it to me was very rude she made me want to leave but I didn't because nobody is about to stop me from making money. But when I did move aside I addressed how she was speaking to me and she got even more rude saying I can get out the store. I didn't because Again nobody is about to stop me from making my money. I waited for my order and the lady on the register gave it to me and Not once was she rude to me. Tubby's need to do better as far as management. I then went back to the store as a customer and this time the manager lady said nothing to me. But the damage was done She is a terrible manager in My opinion and you guys need to do better.
Clean, the guys were cleaning when I came in. Food was as ordered, hot, within the time given 10 min, and fair service. Would come again.
