Oysters were very good. Service was super slow and disinterested--among the worst I've had at a restaurant with table service. It could have just been an off night, but it took 20 minutes to get a gin and tonic and another 20 to be told that one of the two things we'd ordered (up to that point) was actually unavailable. Stuff happens in restaurants, but it was a Monday night and they didn't look busy. If I go back for oysters I'll (a) sit at the bar and (b) make plans to eat the rest of my meal elsewhere. What a bummer.
Tom's Oyster Bar used to be a premier seafood restaurant with numerous specials. Scallops were small and over cooked and the lobster tacos were all breading...no flavor. Very disappointed.
Service was great. Food was bland, we were expecting really great seafood food given the reviews and price. It may have been an off night, but we probably wonât be back. Spanish coffee was good though.
Good Food and Good Vibes always have great time at Tomâs
Incredible food! Highly recommend for a good time out!
Decent time. Waiter was moody but was very busy. Food was really good. But for being an âoyster barâ no fresh oysters. Not anything exciting, new or different relating to oysters.
We love this place but they were short staffed in the kitchen so the food took way longer than normal. Otherwise it was great!
The service was terrible. The food was cold & not worth the money at all.
Ate outdoors along the sidewalk. Good food at reasonable price point. Must like seafood, which we do, otherwise not much in the menu to choose from.
This was a great experience food was fresh and priced right we will return
