Customer service was not good today. Lady on the mic was yelling at Customers I ordered a number 4 and I was missing the main reason I got it
At the drive thru window at 5:56am because they open at 6. The heavy set employee is moping into work at 6:06 and she finally attends the speaker to say "WHAT YOU WAWNT?" I expressed my order clearly to the reply of " AIN'T GOT NA FOOD READY" . So I proceed to ask what DO you have ready? This went on until the manager interrupted and reluctantly took our order. You can tell he doesn't have the ability speak up against bad attitudes.Terrible experience and disgusting service. Why am I not surprised?
They didn't have many donuts to choose from at all and their coffee is the worst I've ever had
Employee kept my wife's debit card after order, did not give back. That worker then proceeded to go across the street and buy stuff at the gas station with said debit card. Then tried to buy high dollar items from Burberry. Stay away from here.
This place had tired, understaffed workers that forgot my donuts and messed up my daughter's sandwich.Also, NO vegan options?!?!Would've been one star; except for the employees that keep on keeping on with no appreciation. Thanks for trying guys.
Told all they had was drinks, no food available due to running behind. As I waited for my coffee... watched them toasting a bagel, So, that will be my last visit to that location.
Just went to Tim Hortons on 11 Mile in Royal Oak. I ordered 6 sets of Egg Bites for my family of 6, 4 hash browns, 3 sausages, 2 sets of bacon. What I was given was a pile of food not in their boxes, but in a large bag. They didn’t give me 6 sets, which I paid for, but rather six pieces, thrown also in this bag instead of in the box that egg bites come in. The bag was full of grease, food was stuck together and when I said food was missing, three coworkers sat at the window and said it’s all there. I tried to explain, but they said it’s all there. I got nervous because they were all staring at me right at the drive-through and were unfriendly. This is not what I expect from Tim Hortons. Very disgruntled as I was overcharged with horrible service.
Worst service and worst coffee of any tim hortons I’ve been to. I have been here three times for cold brew, I always ask if they have it before I order and they say yes. Every time I am then given hot coffee poured over ice.
This Tim Hortons has the worst service of any I've been to. I won't come here unless I have to, and even then I feel like it's a mistake.
This is a timbit 10 pack? Only got 6 and they are all the same flavor.
