Finally decided to give this place another chance after multiple bad experiences. Am glad to say that all of the previous staff has finally been removed. The staff working there now seems to be customer friendly and did a great job. Shouldn't have any more issues of walking to the door only to be met bye an employee locking it and telling you where closing esrly tonight basically because I feel like it. Thanks again to the staff today will definitely start coming back.
Placed an online order for pickup. Got there to pick it up when the email said to and the person hadn't even started preparing it yet. Therefore I had to wait. I had someone who came with me as well as my dog who went along for the "quick" ride. Needless to say they had to wait in the vehicle with my dog..... I was told that since it wasn't a Doordash order she didn't realize there was a different type of pickup order. I was not happy!
The attitude and behavior of some of these employees is unacceptable. One of the "gentlemen" (though I use that term loosely) who works there was so hostile and so rude to me that I felt legitimately uncomfortable being there. He snapped and yelled at me because I ordered two sandwiches. I'm never coming here again.

I don't go here often but was really craving it so decided to make an online order and wrote for the dressings to be on the side. When I got there, the dressings weren't in the bag and when I asked for them the lady replied (older lady with glasses) "well there wasn't a note" when there 100% was and I was looking at it on my pick up receipt. Then when she asked what dressings I wanted, she said she didn't know what type of dressings were on the website cause they're "always changing" with a really bad attitude after I put what dressings online. Not sure why after reading all these reviews she's still an employee but I won't be back. Which is a shame because it's super close and convenient to my work.
The older woman working the counter there hates her life. If you see her when you walk in, leave. She was incredibly rude. Definitely won't be going back.

Worst employees around. I just walked out again. Went in for lunch at 11:30am. I was the only customer there. The employees basically ignored me and didn’t even offer to make a sandwich. It’s the same rude lady and man every time.
