I went there today July 12th and got a turkey with bacon and provolone cheese with lettuce tomato onion green pepper mild banana peppers with mayonnaise and mustard on it and a small little container of pickles on the side. And three other oatmeal raisin cookies which they have the best oatmeal raisin cookies that I've tried anywhere. I recommend everyone that at least go there and try their food their stores clean the employees take pride in what they're doing all in all good experience
It's a Subway, what more can I say? The food you're going to get is usually going to be the same quality as any other subway. Same chips, cookies etc. One thing I have learned is that you should really take a test sip of your fountain drink before you walk out the door because I've poured several cups and found them to resemble pop only in color. I took another star off because the staff always look as if they're thinking of ways to burn the building down without getting caught
Always out of ingredients and cancels order without asking if you want to substitute. Just a waste of time your better off ordering jimmy John’s who are freaky fast with delivery, this subway location sucks!
The food is always good but online ordering could be made better/easier & phone orders should be allowed to expedite pickup
I like the 11 Mile Road Subway in Royal Oak. It is my fourth or fifth lifetime Subway destination. Today was quiet and the snowfall was beautiful looking out to Camelia's new road sign. AlsoI appreciate the updates to this Subway franchise location. The food was good ? I had the Black Forest Ham instead of one of my usual top 5 subs. Milad from YouTube doesn't work here but you can just pretend and listen to the V.O.'s in your own head. Try the new Supreme Meats toasted, btw, gives JJ's Italians a run for their money ?? ?.
Staff was friendly and polite. Engage d conversation from the time I placed my order until I paid.

Normally a pretty good place but the main girl that works cuts the top bread way too thin and when I said something the other girl says “if it’s not a big deal why even say something.” Well because your job is to make sandwiches and your not very good at it. All of the men working are respectful and build a “subway fresh sandwich”. The females have a bad Attitude and need to work on there skills. As you can see in the picture my sad witch is falling apart.
The sandwich was excellent, the service was terribly slow. The Sandwich Maker took several seconds to decide on his next move and seemed incapable of processing more than one thought at a time. It was a Sunday afternoon and he was the only one working, leading to long wait times, too long for a Subway; but I'm sure they're just short staffed and making do as best they can. 3.7 out of 5, round it up to a 4.
