Nicely remodeled friendly customer service service. The only thing missing is the delicious dessert case. They still have desserts we just don't see that display

This location was out of basically everything. However, the barista Nicole still made it a great experience and helped me figure out what to get since they didn’t have any of my usual “go-to” comfort drinks. Thank you Nicole for your kindness. Starbucks needs more people like you who make it a point to go out of their way to ensure a customer is satisfied. To Starbucks: I would highly recommend doing whatever you need to keep Nicole on your team!
Danger ! Please put a sign next to your entrance ! People are standing waiting in line ON Woodward which has been creating traffic issues. Standing is not legal on Woodward. This needs to be addressed before someone is injured or killed!
The drive through stretched out to Woodward Ave, but the line moved fairly quickly.
The people here are always great. Stopping here before work really makes my day. If there isn't something right with my order they go above and beyond to rectify it. Thank you!
Spacious inside. The staff were friendly. Their Drive thru gives me anxiety when the line is long and your rear-end and sometimes your whole car is sticking out on Woodward. Lol risky.
I went to the Starbucks by Auburn hills on Baldwin and had a bad experience. The dining room closes at 5:00 here and I made it a point to be there at 10 min before 5. There were diners inside having coffee and sweets. There was an employee standing inside and just as I walked up to the door she locked it in my face. She was standing right on the other side of the door and I knocked on the glass and said to her it's only 4:50 and all I want is a cup of coffee for the drive home. She just looked at me and turned around and walked away. I've never been so insulted by an employee before. Could not believe the rudeness and I am done with Starbucks. There are several other coffee chains in our area and I will frequent them before I ever buy another overpriced Starbucks drink Good as they might be.
The staff here are always so polite and friendly... I go to this location in the mornings on my way to work and even though the drive through line is usually always long the get it down very quickly...
