Tells my gf she is taking a break and closes as we go to order our coffee..
So I described my drink to the cashier which was 3 different things and she looks at me and says “this isn’t Burger King” like what ?? Do you know this is Starbucks ? Where people get all types of different drinks.. very rude
What a disappointment. I love Starbucks , however the two ladies working at the counter were extremely rude & unprofessional. The WORST experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. The employee complained about my order being too complicated because I asked for almond milk and a extra shot of espresso in a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. I had to repeat the order 3x , and it took two employees 15 minutes to complete the order. I was their only customer. When.I asked about the order , after a 10 minute wait I was chastised by a employee who promptly told me she had been working since 5:30am and that I was free to go somewhere else. After a unreasonable wait time, my drink was not made correctly, very watery and they forgot the peppermint in a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. I could understand a long wait if there were multiple people in line - but no one else was in the place ! This Starbucks is in KROGER - don't waste your time here , go to the refrigerator section in KROGER and buy a Starbucks coffee for half the price & wait time. My drink total was $ 7.99 for a Peppermint Mocha Frappe ( Grande ), and tasted like a weak chocolate slush. ??
Good Morning,I have stopped at the Starbuck with in Kroger twice now, both times have been an exceeding long wait. This morning I arrived at the line, with one customer being help, and a couple in front of me. I waited 25 minutes, and the couple in front of me was still waiting for their drinks. I gave it a few more minutes before I had to continue on with my day. A 25 minute wait for a morning coffee, with a line of 3 people seems unacceptable.Thank you,
I went there today. The lady was in training so I was patient with her. It took long just to get my americano and it was not the usual as they were not very knowledgeable about making americano. I paid for my brownie with americano but she said I didn’t pay for it. ?♀️ The second lady looked up the receipt only to find that I had paid for two items! By this time, I had spent quite a bit of time there. I paid over $7 for mediocre coffee and a brownie. Disappointing.I’m all about teaching new people for jobs but at least one person should be knowledgeable!

Nice people .usually noone ther working in the early morning but the Kroger is the worst . Whe. You finish shopping its isually best to leave all your items because the NEVER HAVE ANY CASHIERS AND ONLY 2 LANES ARE OPEN AND THEY ARE ALL AUTOMATED .THIS STORE IS A COVID SUPERSPREADER AS THEY HOLD EVERYONE CAPTIVE AND HAVE ZERO WORKERS .4 HOUR LINE IS COMMON EVERY DAY AT THE ROALOAK KROGER MARKETPLACE
